L'Oustalet

We had a wonderful vacation in Nice.

Pros: We just got back from our trip to France. Nice was amazing and it seems that we picked a great location to enjoy our vacation - L'Oustalet. The place has fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, confortable bedroom and spatious livingroom. There is a beautiful shaded terrace to enjoy coffee and home cooked meals. The host was really understanding regarding our late arrival from the airport, we managed to be there around 22.30. Beside the keys, he gave us very helpful information regarding places to visit, means of transportation, etc. The location is at 30 min with tram from the city center (for ex. place massena) but the silence and clean air definetly worth the commute.

I would recommend this accomodation 100%!

Pros: We stayed here for 1 week to explore the French Riviera and we really really enjoyed! The accommodation is located in a good area just outside of the busy center of Nice but close to everything with the bus, scooter, car,… All facilities for the kitchen, bathroom, living room etc were provided and the outside area of the accommodation is ofcourse the biggest asset! You basically have everything you need. Price - quality is 100% correct.

Un lugar muy acogedor

Pros: La amabilidad de la persona que nos recibió. Nos enseñó la casita y nos propuso algunos sitios que visitar en la Costa Azul.

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber :)

Pros: Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im L'Oustalet sehr genossen. Bezüglich der Check-in und -out Zeiten war der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten angefragt, ob wir früher einchecken können und konnten das tatsächlich schon um 11 Uhr. Auch durften wir am Abreisetag eine Stunde länger bleiben. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die wunderschöne Terrasse, die man wirklich zur alleinigen Benutzung hat, mit einem schönen Gartenblick. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet mit vielen Häusern, etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums. Der Strand und das Stadtzentrum waren mit dem Bus 8+ sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Laufnähe.

Cons: Leider hatte es zu unserer Reisezeit Anfang August sehr viele Stechmücken. Zum Glück wurden vom Gastgeber Insektenspray, Citronella-Kerze und elektrische Fliegenklatsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Am Besten selbst noch an Mückenspray für die Haut denken, wenn Sie im Sommer anreisen.

Ubytovanie nás príjemne prekvapilo – bolo veľké, priestranné a veľmi čisté. Oceňujeme aj skvelé vybavenie a milého, ocho

Pros: Veľkosť apartmánu, čistota, vybavenie apartmánu, priestranná útulná terasa, milý hostiteľ

Cons: Kvôli výskytu komárov sa nedalo počas horúčav dobre vetrať - ale za to samotné ubytovanie nemôže

Estada agradable i tranquila a l'oustalet

Pros: El lloc és molt acollidor, una terrasseta molt agradable. L'amfitrió molt amable. Ens va cedir la seva plaça de parking, cosa que ens va facilitar molt les coses :)

Cons: Està lluny del centre, tot i que amb tram s'hi arriba en mitja hora.

Cítili sme sa výborne a vrátili by sme sa znova. Veľmi pohodlné aj pre deti.

Pros: Cítili sme sa ako doma. Užili sme si ranné a večerné posedenia na terase

Cons: Ubytovanie bolo úžasné. Nepohodlné bolo cestovanie autobusom k moru.
