I highly recommend it !!!

Pros: The location is not bad, 20-25 mins from the port and the old Nice, the view was amazing, the staff are so nice, so helpful, always there to help you get your things done. The place is paradise. We rented some fans from Kiloutou in Nice because it was too hot. The only thing that’s missing is an AC, it would have been really perfect if it was air conditioned. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Pros: l' emplacement était très bien, l'accessibilité également. proche de toutes commodités sans les inconvénients de la foule. Un bel appartement, bien équipé. Il manquait juste la clim, voire un ventilateur et cela aurait été parfait. Un hôtel sympa, disponible. Un atout majeure dans cette ville : le parking; facile d'accès dans un endroit sécurisé. Nous reviendrons

Pros: Tutto bellissimo,la casa bellissima dove si trovava... grz al proprietario abbiamo passato 4 gg da favola... io e la mia famiglia se mi legge lo ringraziamo

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien y es amplio, buenas vistas de la costa y Niza. Con parking en el propio edificio. Una gran terraza que disfrutar en verano. Está en un barrio tranquilo y seguro pero un poco apartado del centro, a 10 minutos hay parada de bus y te lleva al centro en 20 minutos.

Cons: No tiene aire acondicionado por lo que si hace mucho calor es molesto. En sol da de pleno por la mañana en la terraza por lo que no se puede aprovechar para desayunar si hace mucho sol. Estaría bien disponer de un toldo o cortina para esos momentos. Sin embargo al mediodía ya no da el sol y se puede comer en la terraza.

I enjoyed the apartment and the fresh mountain air

Pros: It was an apartment; I made my own food. The apartment was beautiful on a mountain and had a great view. The host was responsive when I contacted him. The WIFI was superb It had all the right comforts; TV, cooker/ Microwave/ kettle (a bit too old ...)/washing machine, dishwasher and even I found Alexa to aid me in my many queries :) The property was very quiet but secure The bed was good

Cons: The location was very far from my meeting venue and I had to use a lot of unplanned money on transport. The correct location and distance from my request should have been more accurate for me to make the correct decision. I should have been The apartment is on a mountain if you do not like walking The shops, the trains/Trams stations were a bit far for me because of the uphill/downhill walks Struggled a bit at first with the code system to access the property I would have preferred to find someone to show me the ropes the first time

Appartement de qualité qui a permis un très bon séjour

Pros: Le logement est très agréable. les equipements sont de grande qualité. Vue dégagée. Repas pris sur la terrasse. Le parking est très appréciable. L'hôte est très disponible.

Pros: Superbe appartement. Fonctionnel et agréable. Spacieux ( nous étions 4 adultes ) et avec une vue imprenable. Un parking pour couronner le tout. Je recommande.

Pros: Très beau appartement nous étions 5 c'était confortable très convenable et partique. La vue et à couper le souffle et l'emplacement calme et parking avec place privatif un plus . Le propriétaire super sympa a l'écoute et toujours disponible. Nous reviendrons
