MY CASA - GUISOL - Typical Nice 3 Bedroom AC near Port

Great base for exploring Nice

Pros: Perfect location for seeing Nice but slightly away from the busy tourist areas, the building itself is very quiet. Very close to lots of lovely restaurants and cafes, and grocery shops. The apartment fulfilled all our requirements for a short family break, it was spacious, beds comfortable and had enough kitchen amenities for breakfast and lunches. Great communication from the hosts, links with how to access the building were really useful.

Pros: The location was excellent, perfect for seeing around the old town and port area and very near the tram stop. The exterior of the apartment was charming and very traditional. There were plenty of little grocery shops and bakeries nearby and also a very useful, reasonably priced locker shop for storing cases in ( we had to check out by 10 am so needed somewhere safe to store our luggage until our evening flight home). This enabled us to enjoy sight seeing etc for the day without being bogged down with our cases. There are very many wonderful bars and restaurants all around the apartment so it was easy to have a great time.

Cons: One air conditioner unit didn’t work very well and we couldn’t get signal to use the TV. However we were out and about a lot and just used our phone for a little background music. No enough comfortable seats in the living area and no seats on the balcony at all.

Perfect location, but needs a little bit of fixing

Pros: The location was perfect. Close to the beach, town and airport. Spacious and clean. We booked transfer from the airport and Alex picked us up in a brand new van and was very professional. Comfortable beds. Internet worked all the time. Supermarket just across the street.

Cons: There are not enough comfy seats. Only one sofa for two or three and two chairs, of which one was broken and hurt one of my friends when she sat down in it. We would have appreciated more towels, there were no small towels. Also we would have appreciated two sheets/blankets in each bed. We would have wanted at least 6 wineglasses instead of 3. The balcony was very small and had only one broken chair. Very bad water pressure in the master bedroom. I noticed that a lot of these things have been pointed out earlier, but it does not seem like anyone cares to do anything about it, which is why we did not report it (except from the broken chair)

Pros: The location is great. Restaurants, bars, cafes, and supermarkets, everything you need is there. And very close to the harbour and 10 to 15 minutes to the beach. ⛱️

Cons: The water pressure and the drain of the ensuite bathroom. Dishwasher...

Pros: Bon emplacement, proche du port ,des commerces et des restaurants.

Cons: Appartement au 2eme étage,, escaliers très raide. Nous étions 5 et 2 personnes a mobilité réduite. Donc dur pour ces 2 personnes.

Pros: Дійсно велика квартира зі зручним розташувагням біля затмшного порту.

Proche du port, agréable et fonctionnel

Pros: Super emplacement à l'arrière du port de Nice et proche de la vieille ville et du tram. L'organisation pour récupérer les clés à l'arrivée puis le départ est très pratique. L'appartement est spacieux et agréable. On ne se marche pas sur les pieds. À savoir que dans une des SDB la baignoire a un rebord très très haut sans marche pied, attention personnes petites et/ou âgées. Mais l'autre SDB dispose d'une douche plus accessible. Globalement très content de notre séjour dans cet appartement.

Pros: Ottimo ,pulito ,posizione centrale vicino al porto e vicino a piazza Garibaldi centro storico.Ottimo staff.

Pros: Det var lidt besværligt at nøglerne skulle afhentet et andet sted end den lejlighed, som vi havde lejet. En dørkode ville have afhjulpet dette.

Cons: Det ene badeværelse var meget lille.

Pros: Appartement très agréable au cœur de Nice, sur une cour charmante, esprit méditerranéen.
