Appartement en rez de jardin dans villa à Nice

Nice, sunlit apartment, in quiet uphill neighborhood, great public transport to Nice city centre

Pros: Excellent location, very quiet and safe neighborhood. Very friendly and hospitable host! A little uphill and out of the city centre, but very easily reachable by regular bus and tram connections. Bakery and small supermarket close by, so easy to get fresh croissants and baguette every morning! House is well protected, easy accessible. Apartment is at the first floor, just a garage below. Owners live on the second floors, but you have absolutely enough privacy. From sunrise to sunset the terrace is sunlit. Apparently, there is always a nice breeze in the Summer, thanks to the house's location on the slope of a hill, which is great because of high temperatures in Summer time. The apartment is very adequate for a couple, with all amenities present.

Cons: We didn't experience real downsides. The longer we stayed, the more we appreciated being there.

Pros: Clean and well equipped. Great instructions were provided by the host Florence when we arrived. All information is provided in multiple languages. Public transport is close by and we could get to nice city centre in about 30 minutes. There is a bakery closer by.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful apartment.

Pros: We , a family of 3 stayed for two nights. The apartment was spacious, had a very well maintained garden, was also clean and well equipped, had a private and secured parking. Florence, the owner was very friendly and welcoming , she was there to show us around the apartment and answer all our queries. We had a comfortable stay

Cons: The AC in the living room room was not cooling , only the fan was working

Beautiful place to have relaxing holidays.

Pros: A very clean and lively place to stay with your family or friends.Florence the host was amazing...We got late but she kept waiting for us near bus stop to pick us...Amazing host. The place is very well maintained and everything is top notched.Would sertainly recommend and will come back again.If it's Nice- it's Florence place to stay.

Cons: Nothing actually...The place is little far from the centre but i think thats the plus point- if you want relaxing holidays...as the neighbour hoid is cool...Infact..the bus stop is just walking distance of 100 mts and the bus is there every 5 min to and fro- so not a problem at all.

Great location would deffonately return

Pros: Bus service to nice very frequent and cheap. Used Uber to get home at night 16 euro

Excellent séjour. Florence est très attentionnée et très sympathique.

Pros: Excellent accueil avec la propriétaire Florence de la villa, l’emplacement stratégique pour nous, la tranquillité, le logement spacieux et fonctionnel, les 2 SDB, le garage , la sécurité (résidence fermée)l’extérieur avec les terrasses et le coin zen avec un ptit coin d’eau et poissons rouges. Appartement très propre. Des petites attentions dès notre accueil ( bouteille d’eau ,gâteaux , café…..) Attention il faut monter quelques escaliers pour atteindre l’appartement en rez de jardin .

Cons: Rien .

Pros: Lugar muy cómodo y bien decorado. Garage cubierto. Por el precio vale la pena solamente si son varias personas

Cons: Muy alejado del centro y de la playa. Difícil acceso con el vehículo. No es para salir con el auto todos los días.

Pros: Sehr schönes Appartment, sehr gut ausgestattet mit freundlicher Gastgeberin. Bushaltestelle war nur 100m entfernt und wir konnten unser Auto in der Garage im Haus parken.

Pros: Гостоприемен домакин, тихо, чисто, спокойно, комфортно място.
