Our apartment provided great value for the money.

Pros: We had an excellent host! Additionally the apartment was very close to public transit, grocery stores, patisseries and restaurants.

Cons: A queen sized bed would have been more suitable for us.

It was very good, we recommend it, if you need a place to stay for a couple of days.

Pros: The apartment has everything that you need. The host is very kind and welcoming.

Cons: The only thing was that the walls were very thin and the isolation is not very good. The neighbours are loud sometimes and there is a dog that barks during the night.

Nice and cozy studio

Pros: Very clean and tidy. Good size studio. Has everything I needed. Remember to bring your shampoo and shower gel tho. Otherwise, it has everything else.

Cons: If you’re a light sleeper, make sure you bring a ear plug because the sound proofing is not as good. You can hear the neighbours still talking late at night

We have a great summer stay , a nice area and place plus the weather is perfect.

Pros: We are happy Mme Rozenn welcome us and she is nice and allowed us to came and leave later than the schedule. The apartment is perfect for two person and everything you need is there and not far from the beach and their are a lot of restaurants and groceries near by. We took a tram or bus and if you love walking it is perfect location as well.

Cons: The bed is not comfortable to sleep a bit hard and one item in the kitchen are missing, the chopping board but i managed to chopped the vegetables . 👍

Pros: Clean, big, full apartment with all important items. Friendly and kind hosts. Great price and nice location. I will definitely recommend it.

Alles perfekt

Pros: Sehr tolle Unterkunft! Hat alles was man braucht, gute Lage und sehr liebe Gastgeber. Würde immer wieder kommen und es weiterempfehlen!

Pros: L'appartement est mignon et cosy avec son petit balcon. L'équipement est bien, le necessaire y figure, voire plus qu'espérer, comme le Wi-Fi ou un sèche cheveux. La salle de bain est confortable et la douche grande. C'est une location tres confortable !

Logement parfait pour profiter de Nice ! Pas loin de la gare et de lockers pour les bagages

Pros: Logement très propre, spacieux et lumineux. Les hôtes sont réactifs et très gentils.

Appartement nickel

Pros: L appartement été vraiment agréable et accueillant bien équipé propre avec les propriétaire disponible et à notre écoute service supplémentaire non facturer les magasin à proximité la plage 15 minutes en bus s étais vraiment génial nous allons revenir l année prochaine
