Idéal

Pros: EMPLACEMENT IDEAL. L'entrée côté boulevard de Californie est tout proche d'un arrêt du tram, et celle côté Promenade est proche d'un arrêt du bus. Appartement très clair et ensoleillé, où l'on trouve ses marques rapidement. 2 sdb, 2 chambres, 1 belle terrasse avec la vue sur la grande bleue. Nous reviendrons !

Cons: un détail : un peu plus de fourniture pour la vaisselle à la main serait appréciable.

Ugodan boravak u prekrasnoj Nici.

Pros: Objekat je dovoljno veliki za obitelj. Pogled iz kuhinje i terase je fenomenalan, iako nije puni pogled, nego djelimični jer se zgrada nalazi u drugom redu.

Cons: Toalet je premali za ovu veličinu stana. Toalet površine je 1,5 m2 i premali je. Glavni toalet je zakljucan za goste. Također, većina ormara je zaključana jer vlasnik drži privatne stvari u njima. Nama su ostavljen 1/4 kapaciteta sto je mnogo manje nego sto nama treba pa smo većinu stvari morali drzati u koferu.
