Seaside vintage studio

Pros: Best location, 2 minutes walking to the supermarket and 6 minutes walking to the beach, lots of public transport options around. The place has everything you need on a short city trip. Feels like staying over at a friend's house while they are away.

Pros: Location is great. Close to everything. It was adequate. Nice to be close to the beach and Old Town.

Cons: It had a small kitchen. Electrical cords where on double adaptors. Facilities were a bit old.

Perfect location in Nice

Pros: The location is excellent, 5 minutes to the Promenade and Hotel Negrescu, 5 minutes to the tram station and 15 minutes walk to the train station. The studio is very nice, with a lot of light, it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Cons: It could have been more clean. The comforter was kind of dirty. Also the furniture and the bathroom could be improved, I know that it is branded as a vintage studio and it is charming that way, but from time to time things need a refresh. Ah, and the windows are old and the sound of the street is heard very strong (don’t get me wrong, it is a very silent street and neighborhood) but when the trash is collected or the streets got cleaned the whole sound was reflected as an echo up to the studio. There are small details to improve, orherwise all the best, it is a nice acomodation in Nice and I am glad I chose it.

Pros: Emil is a very friendly host. The room had everything I needed, even the TV to watch Netflix. The view from the window was great.

Pros: Communication with Emil was very good. The building had a lift to get us to the 5th floor. Having a small kitchen allowed us to prepare some meals and save money for other things. There is a washing machine on site and if you need a dryer, a laundromat is less than 50m away to the right.

Pros: So cozy and vintage. -Location is amazing!Close to everything. The host is so frendly. There you have everything u need. Perfect place.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Nice and would book this apartment again.

Pros: Location is excellent. Central and close to all the city attractions. It is also easily reached from the airport by tram, a mere 20 to 25 minute journey to Alsace Lorraine metro station and a five minute walk from there. The host, Emil is helpful and communicates well. There is a Carrefour mini market and a very good boulangerie within a couple of minutes walk. There are also good restaurants nearby too. The railway station is only 10 minutes walk away. Perfect.

Cons: Just a small suggestion: an electric kettle and a cafetiere would be great.
