Good location

Pros: Very well located and tidy property. The balcony gets good sun and is nice to sit on while you eat. From reading past reviews it looked like they have replaced the sofa bed to a proper bed which was super comfortable. Everything was great.

Pros: Bien placé au calme à 15min à pied du centre et de la gare, proche commerces (superette, bars, restaurants). Accueil agence sympathique et réactivité du staff pour remplacer/ réparer petits défauts à notre arrivée. Petit balcon et ascenseur bonus.

Cons: Peu de pression à la douche, manque de rideau occultants.

J’ai pu profité des différents carnavals de Nice et menton

Pros: Emplacement idéal Appartement très confortable et bien équipé conforme aux photos

Cons: Problème de Box wifi et télé des mon arrivée Wifi rétabli le lendemain mais pas tele de la semaine Je n’ai pas pu profiter des prestations proposées

Molto piacevole e apprezzato

Pros: Posizione, struttura, contesto, spazi e arredo. Cortesia e disponibilità dello staff.

Cons: Pulizia elettrodomestici (tostapane, microonde, bollitore) e stato di usura di alcune padelle/stoviglie

Pros: Emplacement top. Bon rapport qualité prix. Espace agréable. Je recommande.

Cons: Infos confuses concernant la caution mais cela n a pas représente un problème au final.

Appartement schön, Rest eher unerfreulich deshalb einmal reicht!

Pros: Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und der Balkon - top! Es liegt aber etwas ausserhalb (deshalb dafür aber eben auch eher ruhig!). Sehr nahe am Strand und wer gerne läuft kein Problem!

Cons: Die Kommunikation läuft alles über KI generierte Texte? Was sehr mühsam ist und auch sehr unfreundlich wirkt. Dass man 48 Stunden vor der Anreise ein Mail erhält, dass einem erklärt dass man 400 Euro???? Was doch ein sehr sehr hoher Betrag ist als Kaution hinterlegen muss ist für mich ein no go! Ausserdem macht das Mail weil KI generiert keinen seriösen Eindruck! Dann haben wir 10 Minuten, nachdem wir mit jemanden im Büro gesprochen haben ein WA erhalten und mussten sagen wann wir raus gehen? Sehr mühsam

Pros: The place was as expected, a small studio good enough for a few days. It was clean and ready even before check in time. It has all that i needed for my stay. The sofa bed was better than I expected. The staff were nice and welcoming. The entrance to the building, the stairs and the elevator are beautiful and clean. Great location, close to the beach , shopping mall, cafes and restaurants ...

Cons: Probably better (bigger and thicker) curtains would give more privacy to the place. The balcony and the french window needed a better cleaning. From the room you can see other tall buildings and a lot of balconies, nothing interesting. When booking I didn't notice that a security deposit was needed on check in, so i was not prepared for that, and they don't take AmEx ( i didn't expect that Amex can be denied at tourist business), so that was a real problem, no other solution besides paying the security deposit immediately was provided.

Pros: Tem tudo para uma excelente estadia. A localização é top.

Pros: Pulizia, posizione, nel monolocale c'era tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno

Cons: Il prezzo. Si booking era uguale al prezzo in agenzia. Invece da booking mi aspetto prezzi più vantaggiosi

Pros: Cudowna lokalizacja, naprawdę ładne mieszkanie, schludne, dobrze wyposażone.
