Very enjoyable and made comfortable.

Pros: It was comfortable with everything you needed. A well equipped apartment. Great location.

Cons: It could be noisy at times during the night. In need of a more comfortable sofa.

an easy stroll around Nice, with rooftop views

Pros: location fabulous - one block from Negresco, two steps to the sea. easy for buses and tram. A quiet street. The flat itself is fully furnished and provided with all imaginable kitchen equipment for anyone needing to stay for a long time or wanting to cook at home. Nespresso machine, but you will need to provide your own coffee. The windows are high dormers, and look out over roof tops to east and to west, so wonderfully atmospheric. Air conditioning, heating, so easy to have at the right temperature. Lovely cool breeze available if you keep the windows open, which you can do with safety this high up.

Cons: Flat is on the 6th floor, with a lift which worked perfectly well, but was miniscule. I found it too claustrophobic so ran up the stairs each time, quite some hike! The flat is under the eaves, so parts of each room have low beams, you need to make sure you do not hit your head. The bed was horrendously uncomfortable : I hope they will replace the mattress with something better soon.

Lage ist sehr gut

Pros: Lage ist super......Ausstattung - Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut.....Schlafzimmer ist super groß, Lift passt gut für 2 Personen. Man muss sich bei der Buchung bewusst sein, dass es eine Dachschrägen Wohnung ist. Mit Größe bis 1,75 Meter, kein Problem. Lokale zum Frühstücken oder Essen, direkt vor der Türe. Ebenso ein Supermarkt.

Cons: Die Dusche ist etwas eng und niedrig, für stärkere und große Leute, ungeeignet. Im Badezimmer hat es oftmals einen unangenehmen Geruch.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for my needs.

Pros: The location was fantastic! Also, the management company was very organized and responsive. I will definitely book through that company again.

Cons: The only thing that could use a little improvement is the sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable. Otherwise, I give the place high marks. It was perfect for my needs.
