Adorable little studio that was just perfect

Pros: The apartment is adorable and has everything you need to feel at home, it was perfect for a few nights. The location speaks for itself, being minutes away from the beaches and also easy to get to the Port. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Can’t wait to come back to Nice and stay here again.

Nice confortable staying

Pros: The place is nice , quite well equipped, close to the promenade and the vieux nice. Ask for parkings at the reception if u have a car

Cons: The bad description on How to check in, it looked like I had to arrive between 16 and 18 since the reception is open only at that time with the keys ready. I arrive at 16 at 17,45 i still have to receive the keys since the cleaning service was late. ( but it can happen, really annoying since we all have our plans for holidays, but it can happen). With a car was annoying even more since u can park around mac for 3 Hours. What was annoying from the reception was that u have to block 400 euro on an outer site ( not Booking.com) otherwise u can not enter and others annoying messeges, then u arrive and u do not have your room, the word thing was receiveing and email the same day about When I was leaving. Really disappointing and cheap. Without saying nothing for the delay. So i asked for a late check out and fortunatly they told it was ok to delay of 1 hour and a half. A good service is to offer compensation for the owner lacks. It is not the client that should ask for it. Fortunatly they have it to me and it was very appreciated. You can retire your keys directly from a lockbox without going to the reception as written on Booking.com and in the messeges.

Nice studio

Pros: Good location, so friendly and professional staff, everything was in the studio what need for comfortable stay

Cons: Get ready for deposit 350 to be hold till check out

Pros: Location is amazing in the center of the city, nice view and personal, few minutes to sea promenade, center of the city, nice balcony, all clean. also very nice that I kindly asking to speed up my arrival at the apartment cause I came early morning and they try to help me and I come to my apartment little early then mentioned)) thanks!!!

Cons: It’s my first time with faced that we need to leave a deposit in hotel or apartment, but all is good and no need to worry. All deposits revert when you come out! So no negative feedback!!

Economical, pretty good location, free wifi, secure

Pros: Excellent agency - excellent customer service⭐️ this studio was a very good price at Christmas EU350 4 nights (plus BOND EU350 which took 10 days to unblock) This is quite a Cute little studio, up several flights of stairs - there’s an ancient teeny tiny lift, the rubbish room on ground floor is disgusting, free wifi, uncomfortable sofa bed - a large fold in the middle - ok if you sleep on one side, Paper thin walls, Very noisy neighbours, good coffee machine, cute little balcony - view of rooftops & street below. Secure. But- Lukewarm shower 🚿!! Agent said hot water set to “economy” If you like a good hot water shower in winter with good pressure, this one’s not for you. Excellent hot water in kitchen. Worn out old grey towels in bathroom need to be replaced.

Cons: Very Noisy neighbours - paper thin walls, lukewarm water in shower, old grey towels, uncomfortable sofa bed, disgusting rubbish room on ground floor

Expected very good stay

Pros: The aparthotel is located in a communicative place, close to the sea and the center of Nice! The apartment was clean and offered all the comforts of home!

Cons: I have no comments

Pros: Tolle Lage, sympathisch eingerichtet. Check-in bei einer Rezeption im Haus unten.

Cons: - Dass der Balkon am Tag nicht verwendet werden konnte, da die Markise kaputt war :((( - Keine Nachttischlampe ... - Und die Sache mit der Kaution von € 400,-(!), die an eine unbekannte Firma überweisen hätte werden sollen: Da kam irgendwann ein Mail, dass SOFORT der genannte Betrag hätte überweisen werden müssen! Was ich nicht getan habe. Er konnte/musste dann aber beim Check-in erlegt werden. Bis heute (knapp eine Woche nach dem Checkout) habe ich allerdings noch keine Verständigung, ob die Hinterlegung auch wieder aufgehoben ist... :(

Pros: Appartement très bien situé, à proximité de la promenade des anglais, arrêt de tram Alsace Lorraine proche ce qui rend le transport très facile depuis l'aéroport

Cons: il manque juste un lampe sur la table de nuit, mais il n'y a pas de prise électrique proche, ce qui explique je pense l'absence de lampe de chevet.

Pros: Matelas un peu raid Porte de la salle de bain difficile à ouvrir Porte condamné à la fin du séjour

Cons: Pas accès à la salle de bain et toilettes dernier jour

Pros: Très bel studio proche de la plage et du parking. Très bien situé
