Pros: Spacious, clean apartment in a perfect location, close to the sea and a short walk to the center. The apartment is equipped with everything for a pleasant stay, new kitchen and equipment and a perfect refrigerator. It is clear that the apartment and equipment are regularly maintained.

Pros: Everything was exceptional, it is located close to the center, the seafront and the means of transport and yet in a quiet area. The supermarket is just around the corner. The host is very kind, welcoming and comes to meet the customers. The equipment of the apartment is modern, functional. The beds are soft and comfortable, even the 2 sofa beds are excellent.

Pros: Perfect location (one minute walk in English), everything is within walking distance. Beautiful, spacious apartment, equipped kitchen

Cons: Minimal things are missing such as coffee, tea, salt, pepper.

Our week on the Riviera

Pros: The property check in arrangements were excellent. We were met by Natalia and she helped us get settled in. There is lots of space and a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is large and has a double sink. There is no bathtub though. The small commode is across the hall but doesn’t have a sink. If someone is using the bathroom you have to go to the kitchen to wash your hands. The weather was very warm in Nice for the week we stayed. The AC in the lounge cooled the flat and the integral fan-lights in the rooms made it just about bearable to sleep. There are only sheer curtains in the bedrooms so no blackout option for those who need it. The shutters and enclosed location helps reduce direct sunlight though. The location of the flat is perfect for a family. Close to lots of amenities, the beach, train station and shops. It is far enough away so you are not disturbed if you want some tranquility.

Cons: Small commode. No AirCon in the bedrooms Sheer curtains

Pros: Location was good. Supermarket around the corner. 5 min walk to the beach. 10 min walk to the center. 15 min walk to the central station. Great size rooms and kitchen. Beds are good.

Cons: There is a diswasher, washingmachine and dryer , but no tablets or liquids. The sleepingsofa is not comfortable to sleep on. Very small toilet. Only airo in livingroom.

Pros: Everything was excellent! Natalia was very excellent host!

Cons: If you do some small repairs (shower, drawers...) your apartment will be perfectly fine! All the best !

Pros: Piękny, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Doskonała lokalizacja. W pobliżu bary, restauracje i sklepy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Natalia bardzo miła i pomocna. Pobyt udany. Polecam🙂

Perfetta!

Pros: Posizione eccellente per girare tutta la città a piedi o con bus e tram, ma comunque in una zona tranquilla lontana da rumori o caos. La casa è molto grande e spaziosa, due camere molto grandi e un salone con due divani che possono essere usati come letti. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha lasciato anche qualche ora in più per il check out perché non aveva prenotazioni per il nostro giorno di partenza. Consigliatissimo! 😊
