Russia 🇷🇺

Nice Get-Away

Pros: It is located one short block away from the Promenade des Anglais. Getting to the beach fir the morning swim dies not take more than 5 minutes. It is freshly renovated, all the furniture, kitchen utensils and infrastructure in the apartment is new, in order and working as it should. Linen is clean, beds are super comfy to sleep in and AC is sufficient to cooldown the whole apartment. It was important that during cooler nights it is possible to sleep with windows open, it is normally a quiet place, with nearby school on vacation and no outdoor late night dining. There is no shortage of cafes and/or shops for delicious breakfast, either served or self made nearby. Hard to find sub-average price for the premium season and this apartment is no exception.

Cons: Hard to complain about anything. To my taste, I would prefer check in instructions to be communicated in advance (2-3 days before arrival).

Very confortable

Pros: New and modern, the apartment on Rue de France is just steps away from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Within walking distance, you’ll find a wonderful variety of Italian,Lebanese,french and japanese restaurants , near to many market carefour and Lidland a short stroll brings you right to the lively Place Masséna.

Cons: No parking

Pros: Három felnőtt vendégként 8 napig tartózkodtunk Nizzában. A szállás nagyon jó lokációval rendelkezik. Akár gyalog, akár tömegközlekedéssel közlekedve minden kényelmesen elérhető. A lakásban a klíma nagyon jó szolgálatot tett. A konyhasziget tökéletes az esti beszélgetésekhez. A tenger közelsége pedig a nap bármely szakában lehetővé tette, hogy csobbanjunk egyet a tengerben. A zongora meglepetés volt, jót mókáztunk. Reméljük, hogy a szomszédok is élvezték a művészetet. :)

Cons: Amit nagyon hiányoltunk: a vágódeszka és a fakanál.

Pros: Прекрасная квартира. Близко к морю, на пляже немного людей. А главное окна выходят во двор и сперва мы расстроились, но потом оценили, что по ночам очень тихо, поют птицы и никакого шума машин, забирания мусора, гуляющих людей и т.д. Это прекрасно! Удобная кровать и матрас, есть дополнительный комплект белья, можно заменить при необходимости. Хозяин был очень мил, было легко и быстро решать все вопросы.

Cons: Днем, правда, может быть шумно от детского сада во дворе, но нам не мешало. Если вы планируете много готовить, то придется мыть посуду, посудомойки нет.
