MY CASA - PREFECTURE 15 - Old Town Duplex 2 double beds

Pros: The apartment was well equipped, clean and in a central location. The only negatives would be that the stairs to get into the building can be quite dark at night and the light switch isn’t the easiest to find. Also expect some noise from the bars beside the apartment at the weekends however you could still easily sleep with it.

Pros: The location was great, however the street is quite loud.

Cons: Very small complaint but walking up three flights of stairs with luggage is never that fun. We also had to buy beach towels, you can rent them at the beach clubs

Pros: La proximité avec notre lieux de travail, la propreté et l’équipement, belle décoration

Cons: Lieux un peu bruyant

Pros: Localisation parfaite, vraiment parfaite. Apparemment bien soigné. Joli déco.

Cons: Immeuble assez vieux, mais ça a son charme. Bruit la nuit, mais avec fenêtres fermées, ça passe.

Appartamento moderno e ben posizionato, nel cuore della parte più viva della città

Pros: La posizione è perfetta: a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e situata nella parte vecchia della città, vivace e suggestiva, con tanti ristoranti e bar proprio sotto casa. L’appartamento è moderno, pulito e ben tenuto, con diversi welcome kit a disposizione. Molto comodo avere tutto l’occorrente per cucinare, compreso il piano a induzione. Camera ampia e confortevole. Check-in e check-out rapidi ed efficienti.

Cons: L’unico aspetto da considerare è che l’edificio non ha ascensore e l’appartamento si trova al terzo piano, quindi con le valigie può risultare un po’ faticoso.

Pros: l'appartamento era molto grazioso; bella la ristrutturazione di ogni angolo; pulito e in una posizione ottima per visitare la città e raggiungere la spiaggia. I due parcheggi vicino alla struttura consentono una tranquillità di raggiungimento della struttura. Mi è piaciuto molto

Biz çok keyif aldık. Harika bir deneyim oldu.

Pros: Konum olarak çok iyiydi. Evin kalitesi ve büyüklüğü 3 kişilik bir aile olarak bize gayet yeterli geldi. Isıtma gayet iyiydi. bu konuda bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Mutfakta lazım olabilcek her türlü malzeme vardı. Bu özellikle kahvaltılarda bize gayet olumlu yansıdı. Evin anahtarını teslim almak için tesis sahibi olan acenteye uğramanız gerekli. Tramway durağından inip eve giderken zaten yolunuzun üzerinde olması avantaj ve ofisde sizi çok güleryüzlü bir ekip karşılıyor ve çok yardımsever ve güleç bir karşılama ile size gerekli her türlü bilgilendirme yapılıyor. Ekibe çok teşekkür ederiz.

Cons: Tuvalet kağıdı ve banyo terliği olmaması bizim için sorun oldu. Görevlilerden tuvalet kağıdını talep ettik, bu konuda hemen yardımcı oldular ve evimize kadar getirdiler. Ancak banyo yapmak biraz zor oldu, terlik olmayınca. Ayrıca da, bulaşıkları yıkamadan çıkmamanız söyleniyor ve çöplerinizi de çıkışta, bavullarınız ile beraber taşımak zorunda kalmanız ve arka sokakta bulunan çöp konteynerine kadar götürmeniz de ayrı bir başka sorun. Tatile gelip, para verip bir de üstüne, çöpleri atmak biraz can sıkıcı olsa da, Odamızın lokasyonu tartışılmaz süper bir konum ve eğlencenin de merkezinde bulunması harika. Ancak asansör olmadığını da hatırlatmakta fayda var.

Pros: Главный плюс- это расположение. Старый город. Все самое интересное рядом и главное до пляжа рукой подать. В квартире чисто. На кухне есть всё для комфортного проживания, включая кофеварку и другую технику Посуда хорошая и для троих достаточно.

Cons: С WI-FI проблема. Он есть, но без интернета. Персонал отнёсся к проблеме поверхностно и решил ее только на третий день после нашей настойчивости.

Bel appartement cosy et bien situé

Pros: Appartement très propre ( rénové très récemment) , bien decore et bien équipé. Très bien situé.

Cons: Le moins: Les parties communes dont les raccordements électriques qui font peur et le 3eme étage a monter avec des palliers hauts.

Pros: L'emplacement,. Très propre et fonctionnel. Sympa la déco.

Cons: Nous étions 3, la mezzanine un peu bruyant en haut du au centre-ville .
