Pros: Very nice location. We were 3 girls, only 1 slept upstairs and 2 in the sofa bed downstairs. Didn’t want to do the stairs in the night. Plus I don’t trust the plexi glass upstairs. But apartment was definitely comfortable enough for us, location just perfect!

Pros: The location was exceptional as only 5 minutes from the sea and even though in the old town were the streets get really busy, the windows are very well insulated and there was no noice from the outside

Pros: Air conditioning in the middle of the summer was great. Apartment is very centrally located but the noise doesn't reach the apartment at all. Everything in the apartment was clean and tidy. We left behind some clothes and Antoine contacted us immediately and let us come back to pick them up after checkout. Thank you Antoine!

Pros: Perfect location , very central and close to the sea,the little Coffee Capsule Maschine in the kitchen was a bonus. And they even hat umbrellas and mats to take to the sea.

Pros: Great location and great host. The heating was working fine and that was important to us. We also really appreciated the olive oil and salt!

Cons: Unfortunately the building's entrance and stairs smell of urine and it's really bad. Also, the house was cleaned but it could be a little bit better since we found a lot of dust on surfaces.

Pros: the location, the layout of the flat, cleanliness, the availability of the owner and the good windows that helped keeping away a great deal of the noise from the Brits in the pubs downstairs.

Cons: that the air conditioner didn't work, but there were 3 fans instead and it wasn't so hot.

Great stay in a perfect location.

Pros: The location of this apartment was exceptional, in the old town, so close to the Promonade Anglais and the beach, so close to the flower market, so close to so many different restaurants. Also, the apartment was fully fitted out. Our host had included everything that we might need for our stay, from a washing machine to kettle, fridge and clothes line.

Cons: Although it wasn't a problem for us, the spiral staircase was quite narrow and had to be negotiated carefully, and we didn't feel entirely comfortable standing on the perspex mezzanine floor. However none of this impacted on our stay or on our enjoyment of the property.

Pros: Amplasarea în orașul vechi, apropierea de plaja, podeaua de sus a apartamentului, modul ingenios cum erau separate spatiile.

Pros: Adoro la cura del dettaglio nell arredo dell appartamento e la posizione perfetta

Cons: Abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad entrare perché inesperti delle cassette a codice per le chiavi

Pros: Спасибо большое! Замечательно провели время в Ницце! Апартаменты чистые, все необходимое есть, белье, полотенца, оборудование. Идеальное местоположение. Единственное, апартаменты небольшие, поэтому, если вы объёмный, возможно, где-то не пройдёте. )
