Pros: The location is definitely one of the best points about this apartment. It is in the middle of the old town, with a lot of shops and restaurants, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and public transportation. It is clean, modern and well equipped, and has everything you need.

Cons: The entrance and hallway are a bit dingy, there were often homeless people sleeping in the entrance hall, but they never bothered us though. The apartment itself, however, is great, and is a complete contrast to the building it is located in. There was no shampoo (only body wash, which was almost empty), which was a bit strange, since everything else was there (coffee, dishwashing liquid, balsemic vinegar). The stairs inside the apartment were a bit big, seemed to be made for giants, but this was just a minor thing.

Close to everything we needed. Restaurants, bars and the beach. It was quiet but still in the centre of everything.

Pros: It was in the beautiful heart of Nice old town and local to everything. The facilities were excellent.

Cons: The stairs with heavy suitcases, but the apartment made up for it.

Pros: Appartamento esattamente come in foto, pulito e accogliente, con cucina completa di tutto. Situato in vecchio palazzo centralissimo e super comodo.

Cons: Tutto perfetto, consiglierei solo di mettere una luce migliore nel pianerottolo, ma è solamente un consiglio migliorativo, non una critica :)
