Relaxing holiday in the heart of Nice with a prime location.

Pros: Location amazing, apartment decor and amenities. Comfortable beds, the sofa bed was really nice to sleep too.

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this apartment in the center of Nice! The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the beach, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and made check-in super easy. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nice – it’s the perfect combination of comfort, style, and location. I can’t wait to come back!

Pros: The host is very kind, helpful and available. The apartment is fully equipped, including kitchen and laundry facilities. This apartment is amazing. Small fully equipped apartment in the center of the old city, very close to the sea by foot.

Cons: Because our flight was delayed and we were tired at night, it was a bit difficult to find the key, but after contacting the host, the problem was solved.😉 📶 the stairs inside the apartment are narrow and difficult 🫡

Incredible location, lots of restaurants, beaches and touristic visits! Awesome and very worth it

Pros: The apartment was very cosy and exceeded our expectations. The host was great and we appreciated the informative card with different places to visit in nice and the French Riviera.

Cons: The sofa bed’s mattress wasn’t extremely comfortable and there was quite a lot of noise when you move on it perhaps due to age. Also there was noise from the pub next to the apartment until about 2:00 AM however not all the time so it wasn’t very bad.

Pros: Location is amazing, it’s just in the centre of the old town, lively area with bars and restaurants, though at the apartment it’s quiet and not noisy at all. Apartments were clean and new furnished and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks for host guidance and all the information we were provided with, the host was always in touch and ready to help with anything. We asked for a steamer for clothes and the host brought it the next morning. Many thanks for that!!!

Cons: Best for family vacation but could feel less spacious for a group of four adults for a long stay.

Ideal for a citybreak in the heart of Nice

Pros: Small but perfectly formed, modern apartment for 1-4 people max. in a lovely old town building (note there is no lift and apartment is on 2nd floor). Great central location, easily accessible and very clean. Well equipped and AC was great to have given temperatures.

Cons: Nothing terrible but worth noting the following: Close proximity to a bar below with loud music which could be heard (but which finished up around 1am so not the worst) so just be weary if planning an early night with children or bring decent earplugs. A keybox at the property would be better than having to walk even a short distance to retrieve the keys (a second set of keys would be beneficial also). Lastly the host messaged us the day of departure saying a late checkout could be possible and to ask if needed - so we asked and then were told it wasn't possible so a bit of a wasted message that built up expectations. They did offer free luggage storage but it was 1.5kms away so was better to use paid storage nearby.
