Great location; beware of the deposit requirements and need to take out garbage

Pros: Allowed us to check out early, also let us check in earlier than the originally communicated time. Had everything in kitchen; also provided laundry detergent for the washing machine, and a clothes hanger rack. We appreciated the nespresso capsules. Bed is fine, air conditioning works. Close to many restaurants and the beach.

Cons: At the time of stay, they used Swikly to ask for a deposit; Also need to go pick up keys at a location separate from the place of stay. The place required us to empty out the garbage at a place that was a short 5 minute walk from the place of stay. Its more of an inconvenience, particularly if you're short on time.

Pros: Great location! Walking distance from beach, bars, restaurants and public transport. Apartment was very clean.

Cons: Shower did not drain well.

Pros: Großartige Lage, Appartement mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Stadturlaub benötigt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons: Duschvorhang… in einer kleinen Dusche wünscht man sich etwas, was nicht am Körper klebt 😉

Home Away from Home in Nice.

Pros: Treat yourself and stay in the heart of old-town. Would stay here again. Very good location. Can walk everywhere. Promenade, beach, shops, market, convenience stores, restaurants, tram stop all within a short walk. Nice is a lively major city. Staying in old-town slowed the pace, was relaxing and took us to another world. Those in larger hotels with bustling streets would not have the same experience. Wonderful to stroll the promenade or sit seaside after a day trip adventure to one of the many scenic villages within only 20 min by train. Apartment was comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Nice fresh linens. AC unit worked great. Espresso maker made mornings easier. Great kitchen; cook in or go out. note: Apartment is in a pedestrian only area, as is the office to pick up the key. Had to be creative as to where to tell drivers to drop and pick us up from

Pros: la localisation était parfaite et le fait de pouvoir déposer ses valises le premier jour et le dernier jour à l’agence sans supplément était un gros +

Cons: le rideau de douche qui colle aux fesses vu la petite taille de la douche … l’appartement manque de lumière car il est placé dans une petite rue sombre … ça doit être agréable en plein été car il doit être bien frais …

Pros: De locatie in het oude centrum was perfect. de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was top!

Cons: Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Maar het was allemaal heel compact. Het tweepersoonsbed is 140 cm breed. dat vinden wij erg krap. en de badkamer is mega efficiënt ingericht, maar ook krap.
