Sweet small apartment!

Pros: Apartment location was perfect, tram and also train station is nearby. You can easily walk to the beach or Nice old town. Very good restaurants and shops are near. Apartment has AC so you can relax in cold air. Also beautifully renovated!

Cons: We saw few cockroaches, this was disturbing. Also bed mattress is little bit tired and needs switching and outdoor lock wasn’t working properly.

Excellent. A revenir une autre fois volontiers.

Pros: Très sympa, bien amenagé avec une touche de déco , équipé de tout. On se sent chez soi. Emplacement magnifique ; station de tram à 2mn à pied. Bien situé , proche du centre en tram et à pied (15mn), ainsi que de la gare Nice ville qui est à 10mn à pied. La propriétaire très sympa, nous a permis l'accès aux lieux avant l'heure prévue.

Pros: Дуже приємний район , при тому що від вокзалу всього 7 хвилин пішки. До пляжу теж 7 хвилин. Будинок на тихій вулиці, тому тиша та спокій, чуєш, як співають птахи. Квартира хоч і не велика, але з новим ремонтом, паркетом і ідеально чиста. Хозяйка приємна та ввічлива, завжди на зв’язку і хоче допомогти. Стався неприємний інцидент, вона тут же все вирішила і навіть компенсувала незручності.

Cons: Це проблема будинку - є сусіди, які не дуже люблять чистоту(((

Pros: Struttura accogliente vicina a tutto, in pochi passi raggiungevi sia la promenade che la stazione, a 2 minuti a piedi ci sono anche le fermate di autobus e tram. Ideale per vacanze brevi. L’host risponde subito e visto che la camera si è liberata prima, ci ha dato anche l’opportunità di fare il check in anticipo
