Great location but it’s a small studio apartment

Pros: This property has fantastic location. Great connectivity to visit key landmarks. The size is perfect for 2 adults but small for 2 adults and 2 kids. Pictures look a lot more premium than the actual layout. The lift stopped working last 2 days of our trip and it was challenging as we had a baby stroller. Overall it’s a great property and we had a good experience.

Pros: These are good apartments with an ideal location on the English Promenade and a great view of the sea. Since they are 2 km from the old town, there is always space on the beach. The apartments are spacious, clean, have all the necessary equipment and utensils for a comfortable stay. Very friendly staff. I will be happy to come back again.

Pros: Convenient and wonderful location is the best! There is a tram five minutes away, it is a beach just across the street, and you can also see the sunrise from the terrace.

Cons: The way to get the keys was very inconvenient. In the hot summer, I have to drag my luggage and go to an office more than 10 minutes away to receive it and come back. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all.

A fantastic, relaxing stay in the south of France!

Pros: Location was perfect, close to supermarkets & plenty of food options around. Close but just far enough away from the busier, noisier part of Nice, and the view was stunning!! Secure property with everything we needed!

Pros: Air con. Had most of what you need in terms of facilities. Beach. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons: Noise from the Rd. Some of the access was a little strange. Lift not working fully didn't help.

Pros: Very well-landscaped house with a view of the sea from the balcony, very spacious and bright, fully equipped for a long stay

Cons: The geographical location is far from the old city, the air conditioning is too small, the house is a little hot, the quilt does not belong to my hair, the cleanliness is a little bad

Bonne location. Bon appartement, attention à l’ascenceur.

Pros: Bonne location de l’appartement, l’appartement est beau rempli bien la description sur le site. vue sur la mer et il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans la location.

Cons: Par contre attention à l’ascenseur. Nous sommes restés coincés à l’intérieur pendant une heure et demie et les pompiers ont eu une peine fou à ouvrir celui-ci. (Pas dans les normes) Conseil d’ami : prenez les escaliers, la climatisation a eu des difficultés à marcher également mais à marché le dernier jour.
