Modern, convenient stay for families in Nice

Pros: Helpful host, nice clean apartment with modern facilities. Great location near the tram to get around Nice. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Cons: It is a bit noisy being close to the promenade, but there are bedrooms further back in the apartment that are quieter. It is a little far to walk (for families with kids) from the main Ville de Nice with all the restaurants

Cons: We like to cook and there were no oven gloves, knives were blunt and there weren’t enough glasses or kitchen utensils

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was spacious, bright, and very clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea and the promenade — perfect for relaxing. Free parking is available in the basement, which is a great bonus, but please note that if you’re driving a van or a larger vehicle, the entrance might be too narrow to access. The location is also excellent — close to a supermarket and surrounded by many great restaurants. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
