Excellent location and perfect for a couple

Pros: Danielle was a great host and a sweet lady. Almost everything is accomodated, even the umbrellas for your comfortable time on the beach. The location was superb! Just a few steps to reach the beach. Bus and tram stops are close by. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc... Everything was great.

Cons: The apartment is small but that is what shows on the pictures. It is something we expected so not a surprise. Overall you're not here to stay the whole day inside

Perfect stay at Danielle's studio

Pros: Very warm, hospitable reception from Danielle. The studio has everything you need to spend a nice time in Nice, and at the beach. The location is perfect for the beach and a walking distance to the Vieux Nice. Some convenience shops are close by, and there is an amazing gelato shop a few minutes away! I definitely recommend and keep this place for the next holidays! Danielle has been very helpful and provided a lot of recommendations.

Pros: everything was just perfect! the owner is a wonderful woman! everything is very clean and tidy!

Cons: there were a couple of small problems, but they had nothing to do with the hostess!

Pros: Perfect apartment with everything you need and seconds away from the beach! The train station and main town is about a 30 minute walk but you can get taxis:)

Pros: Tout ! logement pratique , fonctionnel et très propre / très bien situé : près du centre de nice , proche des transports en commun et surtout face à la promenade des anglais . Mise à disposition de serviettes de plage / parasol … rien à prévoir tout est sur place . Accueil très chaleureux / petites attentions et grande gentillesse de la propriétaire. ++++++++

Pros: Все було чудово. Хазяйка дуже приємна жінка. Дуже швидко відповідала на всі наші питання. Квартира маленька, це видно на фото і в описі. Але дуже чиста і є все необхідне навіть пральна машина, праска, фен. Все для приготування кави та чаю. Холодильник, якісний посуд для приготування їжі. Дуже близько до пляжа І до зупинок громадського транспорту. Ресторани. магазини - все поруч. Розташування: 10 з 10

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Appartement in super Lage direkt am Strand.

Pros: Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Man hat alles was man braucht, es wurde auf kleine Details wie Einkaufstasche, Nähzeug, Bügeleisen geachtet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich!

Cons: Das Zimmer könnte etwas größer sein.

Pros: Foi uma estadia excelente! O apartamento e a localização atenderam perfeitamente eu e minha irmã. Tudo muito organizado e limpo. A Danielle é super gentil, nos deu um vinho de boas vindas e croissants no café da manhã do ultimo dia, um amor de pessoa!
