Pros: Bon emplacement, directement sur en la promenade des anglais, en face de la mer. Les transports sont directement accessibles (bus et tram). Le centre ville est à proximité. Divers commerces à proximité.

Cons: Il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble, donc c'était un peu bruyant le matin.

Pros: Очень удобное расположение. Рядом автобусная остановка, и остановка электрички прям у дома с обратной стороны подъезда. В этом же здании, магазин с продуктами. Через дорогу пляж. Персонал пошёл на уступки, въехали раньше. Отвечали на сообщение быстро и очень вежливо.

Pros: Чудесное месторасположение! Пляж через дорогу, рядом транспорт. Недалеко супермаркет. Рядом на заправке можно купить воду и хлеб.

Cons: Постельное белье в беспорядке. Пришлось его искать в куче старых тряпок. Деталь от старой кухни падает на ногу!
