Pros: We liked the location, the balcony and the kitchen. We also appreciated the complimentary wine and water!
Cons: Drilling in the morning, started at 8am (from the scaffold around the building). Duvets smelt (there was no duvet cover on them and they didn't smell freshly washed)

Pros: Perfect location. Very pleasant owner. Wine and water as a welcome gift upon arrival. The facilities were great, everything corresponds to the description, we appreciated the washing machine on hot days when we washed our clothes, everything was clean. Pleasant quiet sitting on the balcony.
Cons: Unfortunately, the only downside to the entire accommodation is the sofa bed. The mattress is comfortable, but it creaks a lot. It wakes you up every time you move.

Brilliant location lovely apartment,great hosts.
Pros: The property is in a fabulous location with everything you could want within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed Yves was brilliant with his communication from the start and very kindly agreed to an early check in at short notice. His Dad showed us around and was equally accommodating we would highly recommend this apartment.
Cons: Unfortunately the WiFi packed up after a day and we were unable to use it for the rest of the trip but Yves was quick to respond and said that it was the network provider in the city that had the problem. It didn’t spoil our trip in any way.

fantastic stay with amazing hosts
Pros: The hosts were incredible. Very helpful when we had some issues arise and were very contactable. Fantastic value for money and the apartment had all the amenities needed. Gorgeous area right off the beach and not far at all to the centre. Thank you very much for a fabulous stay
Cons: There was some building work going on next door however this wasn’t an issue for us as we were up and out first thing. We also wanted to do a wash on our last day but couldn’t figure out the washing machine and how to turn it on but this wasn’t much of an inconvenience for us but perhaps providing instructions would be helpful.

Pros: Very pleasant studio apartment in a really convenient location on the Promenade. The beach is just across the road and the bus service to the airport and the city centre is practically on the doorstep. The apartment was nicely decorated and in very good condition. Although I didn't cook during my stay, the kitchen was very well equipped. The owner was very easy to contact and always responded promptly. Special thanks for for the warm welcome on arrival.
Cons: Nothing - everything was good.

Pros: We really loved the location – it was peaceful yet close to everything we needed. The apartment was cozy and had all the essentials, which made our stay very comfortable and easy.
Cons: For 2 out of our 4 days, the elevator in the building was out of order, so we had to walk up eight flights of stairs. Fortunately, it was fixed in the end, which we really appreciated.

Pros: Perfect for couples. Great location right on the beach, a walk in to the old town and a tram stop right behind, with all the amenities you need within the flat. Lovely balcony which we enjoyed sitting out on and playing the games provided by the property (Uno, dominoes, jenga etc.). The games provided were a lovely touch. The hosts were very hospitable and happy to help with anything that was needed, giving suggestions of places to visit all provided in the blue book in the property. Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was the icing on the cake.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Pros: excellent communication with the owner, nice bright apartment, central location on the beach, cleanliness, comfortable soft bed, but a little squeaky, bottle of wine as a gift, you have everything you need in the apartment, we had a great holiday, would like to come back! and also this cozy balcony with a beautiful garden. There is also a very tasty bakery and 2 supermarkets within a minute's walk. the owners were very nice and allowed us to leave our things after leaving
