Great location, perfect view, nice surroundings, peaceful stay

Pros: We loved everything! The owners were just great. Very friendly - always happy to help. Thank you again for welcoming us so nicely ❤️ The appartmenr was absolutely fantastic. The size was good for two friends (or would be for a little fam), the maintenance of the building was great. Very clean surroundings. The balcony, the view … everything. The location was perfect for us. The sea view, the possibility to swim easily, the tram stop so near, shops and boulangerie just few steps away. We did not want to stay in the middle of the city. From the appartment it was just 20 min walk to the old city, but we used trams a lot. That was easy too. I will definitely recommend this appartment for my friends! Thank you again!!

Perfect seaside stay with a wonderful host ！

Pros: Everything! The apartment was bright, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchen tools to laundry facilities. The location couldn’t be better: right on the Promenade, steps from the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. Most importantly, Lorella was the perfect host — so warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond. She made us feel truly at home. We had an unforgettable stay and would love to return someday!

Cons: Nothing at all — everything was perfect!

Surely stay here again next time

Pros: Super view, new and clean, awesome manager Lorella, excellent location to go to beach in front and come back! The apartment is exactly as in the picture and even better in real life. I want to buy thus place for myself 😁

Cons: The room would be complete if there was a big mirror to look from head to toe when changing clothes before going out.

Pros: Amazing apartment with beautiful view of promenade and sea. Our host was extra kind and helpful. Apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The transport from the airport to the apartment is really easy with the tram. Waking up and eating breakfast on the balcony with such a view was 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Promenade des Anglais comme je l'avais rêvé !

Pros: Estive com minha esposa em Nice entre os dias 18 e 20 de setembro. Reservamos o espaço pela localização. Desde o primeiro contato, fomos muito bem atendidos, anfitriã bem gentil. Fomos recebidos pela Alexandra que nos explicou tudo certinho. Apartamento muito bem localizado, completo, bonito, vista ótima. Nos deixaram um bilhete e uma cortesia de noa lua de mel. Gostamos muito de nossa estadia no apartamento. Recomendo!

Relaksujący, cudowny

Pros: Przepiękny apartament z niesamowitym tarasem i wszelkimi udogodnieniami, o jakich możesz pomarzyć! Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka, sprawiła, że pobyt był na prawdę wyjątkowy. Lokalizacja w pierwszej linii brzegowej, dosłownie 40 sekund od morza. Do centrum komunikacja bardzo dogodna, albo spacerkiem ok 30 minut ;) Bardzo polecam!!!

Pros: Un emplacement exceptionnel, une vue à couper le souffle, un appartement neuf et un séjour parfait ! Lorella a été très disponible, compréhensive et les échanges ont été très fluides. Un grand merci à elle pour son accompagnement et ses précieux conseils. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec grand plaisir à Azur Promenade pour un prochain séjour à Nice.
