Nice Fac St Jean D'Angely

Pros: Lorella is the best host we have met in years. Everything was smooth and without problems. The location is safe, close to the center, close to the shops and even entertainment. Public transportation (bus, tram) is nearby and very reliable. Train station is in walking distance, so we could reach eastern or western suburbs/cities very quickly. The flat is cozy and fully equipped for self-cooking (we missed just wine glasses tho). Bathroom / shower tap needs to be repaired or changed but it works still. The house is quiet, clean and safe. We would stay here immediately again. Thanks Lorella :o)

Pros: A quiet, clean well equipped apartment. Close to the Tram, Vauban Bus Terminus, Riquier Train Station & Lidl supermarket also 12 min walking distance to Carrefour supermarket. On a quiet, safe, one way street in a University neighborhood. Double glazing a bonus. Being Retirees we found this catered for all our needs, thank you Lorella.

Cons: Nothing to report. Lorella thought of everything to make our stay comfortable.

Pros: I liked how helpful our hostess was. I loved all the attention to detail in the apartment ...all your needs were met

Pros: Very clean and nice apartment on a great location in Nice close to the center and the train station. Host Laurella was nice and helpful. We really enojoyed our stay and we are looking forward to come back again.

Pros: The flat was lovely and clean, comfortable and just around the corner from the tram stop which is an excellent way to get about Nice. Communication with Lorella was excellent. We would highly recommend staying here

Cons: The only tiny detail we weren’t so keen on were the stairs to the property, but we were out all day and only really used them to come home at night

Pros: Loved how clean the place was and overall great location as the trams are nearby. I chose to walk everywhere and it was around half an hour to get to the centre/ restaurants and bars that I wanted to go to. Great communication from host and equally great facilities. The apartment is very safe and quiet which I liked. 100% would stay again!

Pros: We were two adult friends staying for two weeks to participate in a language course, and the apartment really became a home for us. With the sofa, worked well as 'two bedrooms'. Had all necessities for cooking & a modern bathroom & air conditioning.. Very quiet building and location, near tram station that offered continuous access to city centre. Supermarkets, small restaurants, and well-equipped gym in walking distance. Superfriendly welcome and easy communication with the property owner.

Pros: Perfect localization: 10 min to the train station and 4 min to the bus stop. Lorella was very kind and helpful. The accommodation is clean and it has everything you need!

Pros: L'atout majeur de cet appartement est son emplacement très pratique, à 9 minutes à pied de la gare Nice Riquier, parfait pour explorer les alentours. Juste à côté du tram qui emmène en 3 arrêts à la vieille ville. L'hôte accueille en personne, ce qui est rare et très appréciable. Appartement très fonctionnel.

Cons: Juste des détails, de petites améliorations pourraient être apportées : par exemple des suspensions dans la salle de bain pour accrocher ses vêtements quand on prend sa douche, un égouttoir à vaisselle plus pratique, un porte-manteaux dans l'entrée. Et surtout un détecteur à incendie (obligatoire), très important dans les vieux immeubles.
