Pros: Clean simple efficient. Breakfast was great and tasty

Helpful staff always available 24/7. Good breakfast reasonably priced at €13.50. Very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Good quiet location. No dynamic pricing as tariff was clearly displayed at entrance and in reception.

Nice enough budget hotel - would stay again

Pros: Location was fine for use but it is a bit of a walk to the old town and promenade. Close enough to the train station and both tram and bus stops. We didn't have any meals to eat, however breakfast was adequate enough for us. There is a vending machine for basic food and drink in the foyer. Rooms were adequate and comfortable enough and the hotels is close enough to plenty of bars and brasseries, with easy access to Monaco and Monte Carlo.

Cons: Breakfast was a little crowded at times due to the way things are set out.

Truly easy as in it's name !

Pros: Breakfast was fabulous and location is right at the heart of the city. Usually tends to be good for guests who want to use public transport but this hotel was very good for those guests using cars as well because they have ample parking underground and the location is easy to drive to

Cons: Not having kettle in the room but hot water is readily available at the reception

Pros: You pay for what you get. The room is quite spartan and the bed is hard. We travelled with a cat which was not a problem. The location is a little off from the touristy areas, but close to a big supermarket, some shops and a few restaurants.

Cons: Parking is really narrow. I hope you never meet someone driving in when you drive out, or vice versa. Getting up from -2 to -1 requires some speed since it is narrow and steep. I would not recommend it for anyone with a bigger car. The bathroom is ok, but the water easily splashes out on the floor making everything wet, since there is only a small glass wall and no shower curtain.

Exceeded Expectations

Pros: Our stay exceeded expectations! The accommodation was very nice and comfortable. Although the breakfast only offered cold options, there was a wide variety of food to choose from. The beach was about a 20-minute walk away, and it took roughly an hour to get to the airport. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and one shop just a few meters away. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons: We didn’t request daily room cleaning (as it came with an extra charge), but the trash bin in the room was very small, so the garbage piled up quickly. Other than that, I have no complaints – everything else was great.

Everything was beyond expectations.

Pros: It was the best room in size, cleanliness, facilities,and comfort for the money that we have experienced in 60 years. The breakfast was excellent but not cheap!

Pros: Liked the breakfast, the 24/7 service and the location. There's a decathlon, macdonalds, a laundromat, ebike station, carrefour city, everything in just a walking distance of 2 mins. It's only 10-12 mins by walking from the old town and 5 mins away from the tram stop. So in terms of location it's superb. The hotel was quiet, peaceful and clean. The staff speaks in English and was very polite. Overall, I liked staying there.

Cons: There was nothing as such. Maybe a slight thing can be that whenever I ran the water in the bathroom sink, it smelled. This is most probably due the to cleaning agent the staff uses to unclog the drain but yeah, brushing your teeth with that smell was kinda unpleasant.

Great value for m o ney, neat, clean and well placed.

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was good, it was very clean and represented good value for money. Loved the location, a nice walk to anywhere, especially the old town and the promenade. The staff were excellent, always friendly and offering good advice. The rooms are austere, but practical and comfortable.

Cons: As an older person, I found clambering into the bath to have a shower a bit of a challenge, but that being said, the shower was good.

Nice and Easy .. Easy Hotel Nice .. perfect ,!

Pros: Location was a bonus as we were there for the civil wedding at the town hall one day and the next at the church by the port.. all within walking distance ( although we took the tram to the town hall! Plus underground parking at the hotel ( a bit tight as our car is a bit big ) but secure and a real bonus, The price was good , room spacious but no frills but spot on for us.d

Cons: Nothing .. we looked at other hotels but this was perfect for we wanted .we knew what we were getting and so not disappointed.. the opposite.. staff were lovely (especially Emmanuella ..)
