Pros: Uns wurde im Vorfeld genauestens der Zugang zum Apartment beschrieben. Neben der Eingangstür stand auch ein Willkommensgruß mit unserem Namen. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Apartment ist sehr klein, auch das Bett. Es ist aber ausreichend. Besonders schätzten wir die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, da die Tage und Nächte während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr warm waren. Vielen Dank

Bon rapport qualité prix à Nice (basique), Excellent hôte

Pros: Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et c'est propre. Ça reste basique mais correct pour le prix (à Nice). La climatisation fonctionne bien. Le gérant est très réactif et avenant. Nous avons eu un excellent contact avec lui, et une très bonne réactivité de sa part.

Cons: Peu de lumière et bruit de la rue, donc on ne peut pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte, mais la climatisation fonctionne donc ça ne gène pas plus que ça.

Beau logement près de la gare Nice Riquier

Pros: Le logement était propre et adapté à nos besoins grâce à l'équipement proposé. Explications claires pour l'arrivée. Bien que le logement n'est pas en plein cœur de Nice, la gare de Nice Riquier est tout près du logement (5min à pied) et la plage de Nice est facile d'accès grâce aux arrêts de Tram tout près. Touche personnelle sympathique avec le mot de bienvenue à l'entrée!
