Pros: The apartment is beautiful, super clean, modern, and very comfortable. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. I absolutely loved it! Everything! The apartment is spotless, nicely decorated, and very cozy. The host was very kind, and the communication was excellent.

Cons: The area can be a bit difficult for parking, but other than that, everything was perfect.

Splendid and homely apartment and stay

Pros: Location really close to everything central and the beach were a short trip by bus, bus stop minute walk from the property. Splendid apartment it has a terrace with a table excellent for an apéro outdoor. The stay was just perfect and exceeded our expectations, the apartment was super clean. We felt at home

Cons: Everything was excellent and the host was really nice and helpful will definitely book this apartment again

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è molto comoda: si trova a circa 15 minuti dal centro di Nizza con il bus, la cui fermata è a soli 100 metri a piedi dalla casa. Perfetto per muoversi senza stress! L’appartamento è pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta: dalla macchina del caffè agli utensili da cucina, c’è davvero tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Gli spazi sono organizzati con cura e l’arredamento è accogliente.

Cons: Unica pecca: essendo in 4, abbiamo dovuto utilizzare il divano letto, che poteva essere un po’ più comodo. Per il resto, tutto perfetto!

Séjour agréable, facilité pour ce rendre en ville avec les transports en communs à proximité.

Pros: Les premiers éléments du petit déjeuner étaient fournis. L'accueil de l'hôte est très agréable. Tous les produits étaient fournis au delà d'un service classique.

Cons: Il est difficile de se garer dans le quartier , mais le stationnement est gratuit.

Pros: J’ai passé un très agréable séjour Le logement est très propre, conforme aux photos et la description dans un quartier calme et proche centre-ville et de la mer L’appartement est spacieux, très beau, bien équipé et chaleureux avec une grande terrasse très sympa. L’arrêt de bus est à seulement quelques minutes à pied ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer et il y a un supermarché à seulement quelques minutes à pied L’hôte Rayanne est super gentil et très réactif Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés !
