Suite Relax Five Stars Holiday House

The flat is excellent, but communication with the staff leaves something to be desired.

Pros: - Great location - The flat is small but very cosy - The terrace is a huge advantage - There were several coffee capsules and sugar - We were allowed to check in a few hours earlier than stated in the advertisement - Quiet, each room has a TV and air conditioning

Cons: Terrible communication with staff. After booking, I wrote to staff several times with some questions, but the employee simply ignored many of them and gave vague answers to others. I also had to wait 1-2 days to receive a response. In the end, I even called the booking hotline and they sent an official request to the owner of the flat, but like me, they did not receive a response. I was only able to communicate properly with the staff in person when I arrived to pick up the keys.

Pros: Beautiful quiet apartment in a quiet building, we had everything we needed. We traveled with a baby, so we asked for the baby chair and the specific bed, it was already in the apartment when we arrived. The Great terrace but we couldn’t eat outside cause it was neither rainy/windy, neither direct sun and no adapted umbrella or tent. But my son enjoyed playing there a lot. The bed in the room was very comfortable and big enough. The sofa was also very comfortable. Also mattress in the baby bed was comfortable and think enough, first time in rented locations, so it a good point. Good location, the beach is 7 minutes by walk, a lot of groceries around. Very good equipment in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend it or come back if on Nice.

Cons: The floor was dirty, seemed like it was hardly cleaned, not even a wet cleaning, we found a lot of dust and hair when cleaned it ourselves the same day. I said it to the agency and they proposed the cleaning team to come the same evening, but we have our specific routine for the child, so I said no. I think that for that price cleaning (at least the floors) could be done daily, in the morning. This thing we don’t want to do when on holidays, but we had to it everyday. No trash bags. The location is good but a bit far from the city centre and an Old Town.

Boas Ferias

Pros: Localizaçao calma, o apartamento é muito aconchegante e perfeito para umas mini Ferias, com tudo o que é preciso, esta bem preparado. A maçaneta da porta tinha um problema que foi resolvido rapidamente.

Cons: Os vizinhos de baixo reclamaram que ouviam os passos da nossa menina de quase dois anos, o que nos deixou desconfortaveis, pois nao é coisa que possamos controlar.

Pros: Bon standing, très confortable, propre. La place de parking très pratique. Très bien équipé. Un beau balcon meublé

Cons: Beaucoup de messages de consignes, de rappels de ces consignes. Le personnel change en fonction des horaires, de fait le dialogue semble décousu car on échange avec des personnes différentes... mais ils sont toujours à l'écoute néanmoins.

Pros: Nice apartment, tidy, and the staff took care of blackout curtains that we asked in advance.

Cons: Simply too expensive, I reckon about 25% of the price were basically a premium to the hoteliers.

Pros: Lejligheden var udstyret med alt hvad man havde brug for ifa køkkenudstyr, kaffemaskine, brødrister, opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine. Stor altan med både spiseafd. og loungemøbler.

Cons: Dobbeltsengen var for smal.

Pros: il posto è tranquillo e accessibile a qualsiasi cosa come generi alimentari, bar, mare ecc.
