A perfect base for New Year break.

Pros: Full of character, we felt at home straight away. The location was central and yet the rooms were quiet, no street noise. Well equipped with plenty of nice touches such as a relaxing bathroom and a funky kitchen.

Cons: To relax in this apartment and catch up with International TV news with English commentary (such as BBC/CNN) would be nice.

Pros: It was great it was right beside the train station, the property felt very secure. It had all the amenities needed and was big enough for the two of us. Sophie was lovely and so kind upon arrival.

Cons: The bed was very hard and it took a few attempts to get the oven to work.

A peaceful apartment full of character, opposite the train station.

Pros: The host, Sophie, was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is in a lovely building which is just across the road from the railway station, which was perfect for me.

Cons: The only problem I had was the fact that the window shutters and curtains in the bedroom let in so much light in the mornings that it woke me up earlier than I would have wanted.

Excellent stay.

Pros: Proximity to Nice ville station. Good layout. Very comfortable and large bed. Very quiet and clean. Near several supermarkets. Several small extras. Sophie was very welcoming.

Cons: The hob we could not work… Instructions…?

We will return!

Great stay in Nice next to station, highly recommend

Pros: The owner Sophie is superb - friendly, communicative, professional. Very responsive to messages. She assisted in changing my dates due to family issue and I had to leave earlier than planned. The apartment is in an excellent location if you need to use the train station which i did throughout my stay. It is literally less than 1minute walk! Inside the apartment it feels safe secure door locks. No noisy neighbours thankfully. Brilliant large bathroom, great lighting, extremely clean, no mould, good storage, washing machine Very useful that I used. HOT WATER pressure. Excellent large kitchen with great facilities. Lovely cosy lounge with comfortable seating and good tv - NetflixPrime video etc WIFI excellent. Large specious separate Bedroom with wardrobe desk chair, nice bedside table and lamps, all great Bedroom furniture. Excellent AC. Great lift access to 4th floor. It was a great stay and I highly recommend. I might return next year!

Cons: Natural light is limited but this is not the fault of owner, however great use of lamps and lighting to ensure it is not dark. Better quality thicker soft towels will be nicer than the thin ones provided. Would be nice to have separate shower cubicle if possible with rainfall shower that most properties have nowadays rather than shower over the bathtub that can be dangerous if slip and fall. Thicker blackout curtains in Bedroom. Kitchen Blind appears to be damaged from before.

Super cute accomodation right in centre by station

Pros: Lovely old art deco building right by station - wonderful welcoming host, all amenities well laid out and working, extras like coffee and milk. Balcony too. Everything super cute! Thanks!

Pros: The apartment is beautifully furnished and presented. The location is excellent, very close to the train station but zero noise from the station. Sophie was so helpful and friendly too. We loved our time here.

Pros: The location was perfect for us with access to trains and trams. The building was great with an old world charm and the apartment was quiet with all facilities needed. The host, Sophie, was very helpful and reactive to messages.

Pros: The location is 10/10, easy to catch a tram, bus or train. The bed is comfortable and the shower has a good pressure. Quirky decor, nice balcony. Feels homely.

Cons: A bread knife would be a good addition to the kitchen The air con unit stopped working for us
