Lovely place close to the heart of Nice

Pros: We had easy communication with the host, also smooth check in and out procedure. Location is great: we felt safe, close to several supermarkets of different size and very convenient public transport connections with Monaco, Cannes and others, decent walking distance to the Old Town and beach. The apartament was clean and very cozy, kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable.

Cons: A/C is available only in living room, however portable ventilators are provided in bedrooms

Pros: The host, Ugo, is exceptional, we never encountered such a great person (and we've travelled a lot). We hardly wait to meet you again! Overall, it was an unique vacation spent in Nice and Côte d'Azur.

Wonderful stay in Nice

Pros: Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment, suitable for three persons. Very close on foot to Nice Port and just 5 min from Nice Riquier train station which serves the two train lines - to Antibes, Cannes, Grasse and to Monaco and Menton. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything needed for your stay. The host Ugo is very kind, helpful and communicative person.
