Pros: Although the apartment is objectively a 9/10, I have to give it a BIG 10 because of the host Frederik, who was excellent. Communication was smooth, we received a quick response to every question, and the host accommodated us without charge when we asked him to stay a few hours longer in the accommodation, given that our flight was late in the evening. As for the accommodation itself, the location is perfect, the apartment is clean and very well equipped. We arrived very hungry in the middle of the night, where snacks and wine were waiting for us in the room. Also - guides, board games, various little things that you don't even know you need are in the apartment. If you stay, don't forget to sign the guest book, where you can also read all the best about the host! One of the better experiences, we will come back again for sure! 😊

Pros: Fully equipped with all amenities you need in an apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. 20 minute walk to the old town but walk is beautiful and felt very safe.
Cons: The main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else was great.

Cute little apartment, centrally located - would definitely come back!
Pros: Although small we found the apartment just comfortable enough for four people. Absolutely loved the French rustic flair like the Juliet balconies and the painted ceiling in the lounge room. There is everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils, soap, a hairdryer, a small iron and even a washing machine. The location is nice and central, only about 10 minutes walking distance to the train station (if you want to explore the coast by train) and about 20 minutes to the old town and beach promenade. If you don't want to walk there is a tram station around the corner of the apartment, but we never bothered with it.
Cons: The bed in the main bedroom was quite hard and the fact that the second bedroom comes off the first isn't ideal, but would work well if you were there with little kids. The towels were a bit thin and worn, probably a good idea if they were replaced in the near future. The street where the apartment is located was often dirty, rubbish bags or bins must often get opened by animals , as there was rubbish spilled onto the footpath, as well as lot's of dog poo - but that's a problem in all of Nice. Sometimes it was quite noisy - the rubbish collection seemed to take place nightly at around 11:00pm!

Lovely appartment, close to tram and station.
Pros: Very spacious, great that the boys had there own room! Plenty of storage (wardrobe etc) washer/dryer was handy.
Cons: Poor lighting in the stairs, thought I found a light switch but ended up being someone's door bell! Fortunatally, they were not in!

Pros: The apartment was well located and the owner was responsive. New sound proof windows and fans were a great addition
Cons: The elevator in the building seemed risky so we didn't use this.

Pros: The location is good, few minutes walk to Nice-Ville and the trams. Very spacious and cozy. Love the facilities like the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. They have provided us with electric fans, it would be nice if there was AC, but that's enough to cool us down, we came in the middle of summer though.
Cons: Nothing really.

Convenient, comfortable apartment that helped us to have a wonderful holiday in Nice.
Pros: Lovely comfortable flat with plenty of space for a family of four. Incredible central location, next to a beautiful market, with a lovely bakery on the corner and a couple of minutes from a tram stop. 20 mins walk or 2 mins on tram to the beach, ten minutes walk to the main train station and only a few minutes walk from the beautiful Chemin de Fer de Provence railway terminal where you can catch a scenic train right into the Alps. Two supermarkets and a cinema nearby. All in all a fantastic place to stay.
Cons: Bear in mind that its central location means it can be pretty noisy. There's a small amount of traffic on the road outside and it's only a couple of minutes from the main shopping avenue in Nice so it's busy, but it's a worthwhile trade-off.
