Pros: I liked the vintage apartment with the original hardwood floor and the tall ceiling. We liked having the clothes washer and the kitchen as we were on a long trip that required washing clothes. Location was near to the train station. Being on the ground floor facing the courtyard, there was unfortunately no view, and it was a little dark inside. The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy.

A lovely little apartment perfect for a short trip in Nice.
Pros: Lovely original parquet flooring and high ceilings, modern amenities. good size property within minutes walk to the main train station.
Cons: There was one main air conditioning unit in the front room - the one in the bedroom wasn’t as powerful, more of a fan as it was very hot still at night but as expected in August. This is reflected I think in the price. However would definitely stay again.

Nostalgia and memories of Nizza
Pros: Situation of My Casa Dijon was great near Nice mainrailwaystation and Gare de Sud area. Apartment was on the groundfloor - fiew to the inside courtyard. Equipment of apartment was good. Apartment is better to couple than 2 friends.
Cons: It was difficult with all the luggage to pick up the key of apartment from office which is 1,5 km from apartment.

Top Lage und echt guter Preis.
Pros: Die lange war echt gut, man ist nur eine Haltestelle vom Flughafen entfernt (von der Wohnung geht es auch direkt nach Antibes und Cannes) und direkt vor der Haupt Shopping Straße. Zum Strand hat man aber leider ca 20 Minuten zu laufen. In beiden Räumen war ein Ventilator, was bei den Temperaturen toll ist. In der Wohnung ist es recht feucht, darum ist es auch toll, dass überall entfeuchtet angebracht wurden.
Cons: Gerade wenn es eine Küche gibt wäre es toll wenn auch Salz und ähnliches vorhanden sind, da man solches immer benötigt. Außerdem ist die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, wodurch nachts den Ventilator (mit Schlauch nach draußen) anzuhaben etwas gruselig sein kann. Die 300€ Kaution sind doch etwas doll.

Pros: La propreté du lieu. La localisation du lieu en plein centre de Nice.
Cons: Les bruits extérieurs de la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble, des voisins du dessus etc…

Pros: Très beau appartement, propre et avec tous ce dont on à besoin, draps, serviettes, produits d'hygiène et même le café et thé pour le 1er jour. Cela permet d'alléger les valises. C'est parfait. Très bon emplacement avec tous à proximité. Un porte manteau à l'entrée et des patères dans la salle de bain seraient à rajouter, ainsi qu'un petit meuble étagère dans la salle et j'aurais mis 10.

Superbe appartement à prix modéré au centre de Nice
Pros: Emplacement très pratique, appartement remis à neuf de très bon goût, aspect accueillant cosy et élégant. Agence réactive aux demandes, bon rapport qualité prix. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
Cons: Literie confortable mais très bruyante, on risque de réveiller son conjoint rien qu'en se retournant pendant la.nuit. Cloisons fines, heureusement que les.voisins étaient très discrets car on les entendait même éternuer...
