Nice stay in Nice
Pros: Very nice appartment, very clean and cosy, next to the train station, local market, shops and restaurants.Patrick was very kind and helpful. The accomodation has all you need for a pleasant stay..
Cons: There was some noise during the night coming from the street but still we could sleep with windows open.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient home.
Pros: I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The apartment is clean, modern, and quiet, with lots of natural light. It’s close to shops, transit, and everything I need. The building feels safe and well-managed, and the landlord is responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Great location for an adequate price for a family of 3.
Pros: It is a great location, and a friendly host. The apartment is spotless and spacious. The kitchen had all the facilities we needed.
Cons: I am tall, and the bed in the bedroom was short for me. In the living room, the sofa was not very comfortable for sleeping but not critical.

Nice, clean & value for money
Pros: The apartment was located in a nice area which is close to centre. It was a lovely place, clean and very comfortable. Our host Patrick was also extremely kind and helpful. Higly recommend this apartment for your stays in Nice.

We loved staying at the apartment! Perfect for a week stay in Nice 😊
Pros: We loved how close it was to the main tram line, making it just a short ride everywhere and also an easy 25 minute walk down one of the main shopping areas of the city to the beach! The apartment had everything we needed and was like the perfect base spot to come back to after exploring the surrounding areas of Nice and SOF. The proximity to the main train station also made it perfect for day trips!

Lovely apartment within walking distance
Pros: Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedding etc. Beautiful furniture. Walking distance to activities in Nice and station. Very friendly host. Nice is a great place to visit. Fresh fruit and vegetable market just around the corner most days.
Cons: Shower needs to be held by hand. Would be even more comfortable with a bit less furniture.

Eccezionale, ideale per chi cerca un appartamento moderno e vicino al centro
Pros: L'appartamento è veramente bello, pulito e curato; La struttura è in un bel palazzo molto elegante, in una zona super tranquilla, vicino si trovano tutti i negozi di cui si ha bisogno come supermercati, bar, la stazione del treno e del tram. La casa ha una camera con letto matrimoniale, un divano letto, un bagno con vasca e uno con i sanitari e due balconi. La posizione è ottima, in una decina di minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro e il lungo mare e il rapporto qualità prezzo/assurdo. L'host è una persona adorabile e gentile, ci ha atteso per la consegna delle chiavi al checkin (anche se il pullman ha fatto un'ora e mezza di ritardo, grazie ancora, non molti lo avrebbero fatto) dopo averci accolto, ci ha spiegato tutto e ci ha mostrato la zona e i vari interessi. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura!!! Merci e a prestoooo! :)
