I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, with a nicer host!

Pros: The property was stunning to begin with, and had everything I needed. The location of the apartment was perfect - less than a 10 minute walk to the train station, and less than 15 minutes to the town centre. Fernando was an excellent host, and stayed in contact very regularly to ensure I was happy and had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone else!

Cons: Nothing at all to say here, everything was 10/10.

Pros: Nice Ville train station is within walking distance, and the tram station is also very close. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in this area. The owner took good care of us during our stay and sent me helpful messages.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to open the door — the key was quite stiff and required a bit of technique to open. The sink drain was partly clogged and had a slight smell. The neighbors were a bit noisy. However, overall it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Pros: The apartment is located close to tram stop, local restaurants and supermarkets. There is a local farmers market along the street near the building. The communication with the host is pleasant. He responds quickly.

Cons: The street where apartment is located is noisy from 6 am til the late night. The noise was also from the front door and neighbors upstairs. There was no available bedsheet for the sofa. The round bed in the bedroom had rubber bedsheet. Which was really hot to sleep on. There was no microwave, soap and washing powder for the washing machine in the apartment. The shower was without the doors so it was a bit wet in the shower room. The entrance to the building is smelly.

Pros: Everything was perfect - great location, apartment facilities, cleanliness, Fernando's helpfulness

Cons: There were no drawbacks. Only a small tip - a dish drainer in the kitchen would be useful.

Pros: Clean and tidy apartment close to a team station and food market. Excellent place to stay to explore the Nice and surrounding places .

Pros: A chic, clean apartment with all the necessary amenities, centrally located, very close to the L1 station, the train station and Place Massena. The owner is kind and interested in making the guests feel good! Thank you Fernando! I recommend!

Great location - 10min walking from the train station

Pros: Great location. 10min walking from the train station and plenty of markets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Spacious bedroom and vey comfortable bed too. Easy check-in instructions and communication with hosts.

Cons: Kitchen fridge and freezer didn't work properly and it was around 34C degrees in August. Kitchen could have slightly more cooking utensils (chopping knife, etc). No much sunlight inside the apartment.

Pros: The apartment is very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s perfect for two people. The staff is very kind and approachable. Highly recommended!

Cons: I like everything; the only suggestion is to add a wardrobe and a shelf inside the shower cabin.
