Pros: Catia made contact a couple of days before and was super responsive during the stay. The place is spacious and very quiet. It is in a busy area of the town centre but you have to go through 2 gates to get to apartment which gives onto a nice quiet inner yard. From there it's only short walks to the Place Massena, the old Nice, the Promenade des Anglais. Main house items were available, including a coffee machine and pods. Also dishwasher and washing machine with respective detergents, which we haven't used.

Cons: The cleaning was approximate. No tea towel or kitchen towel. Internet provision was interrupted in the night, until 7.30 am one day and until 8.00 am another day. So no TV at breakfast.

Great location, nice apartment

Pros: This apartment was great, very close to the train station and not too far from the beach. It was comfortably large for a group of 3 and had nice facilities, including a coffee machine and a washing machine. It was quiet since it was located in a second row building, so no street noise. The host was very friendly and responsive via WhatsApp, the key collection and checkout process were both very smooth.

Cons: This is nitpicky but it would have been nice to have a clothing iron provided. Not the fanciest neighborhood.

Pros: It had all of the necessities and it was spacious.

Cons: It had no mirror in the apartment besides the bathroom.

Good value

Pros: The property is overall good value. It is large located in a peaceful neighborhood and is very quiet. On the other hand, it was not so well cleaned and facilities were rather old and need to be partially renovated. Air currents could be also felt due to natural air conditioning :) which is probably normal for a Mediterranean city apartment.
