Muito bom, boa localização.

Pros: Apartamento muito bonito, bem mobilado, confortável, embora o prédio seja muito antigo. Bem apetrechado de utensílios de cozinha e até alguns detergentes de limpeza e utilidades como café, chá, açúcar, etc.

Cons: Não consegui utilizar o elevador, não entendi como funcionava e não me foi explicado. Penso que necessitava de alguma chave especial. Rua um pouco barulhenta, no entanto a zona tem esta característica. Estacionamento pago todos os dias exceto domingo.
