Mont Boron Exclusive Apartment in Villa Belle Époque

Lovely short stay in Mont Boron!

Pros: I chose this villa as it was a stones throw away from the villa my Son was getting married at, it was perfect for us! Everything was available, towels etc! The hosts are available if we ever needed anything, that’s good!

Cons: Nighttime at this time of year gets very cold even with the heater on so some kind of duvet would be nice, we were shivering a bit. Also something to play music or tv? Not always needed for people on holidays but for us it’s nice.

Pros: Ho soggiornato al Mont Boron Exclusive Apartment nella splendida Villa Belle Époque e l’esperienza è stata eccezionale. La posizione, immersa nella tranquillità del quartiere Mont Boron con una vista mozzafiato sulla baia, è semplicemente perfetta per chi cerca relax e bellezza. L’appartamento è elegante, pulito e ben curato, in una villa storica che conserva tutto il suo fascino. Un vero angolo di paradiso a Nizza – sicuramente tornerò!

Amazing host and perfect location!

Pros: The host was truly amazing — super helpful and easy to communicate with. The place itself is on the ground floor of a lovely villa, very calm at night, with lots of natural light during the day. The beds were really comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a big plus. It's perfectly located: just a short walk to the city center and also close to the swimming area. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Cons: Nothing to mention

Pleasant stay

Pros: The hosts were available for all our needs and were able to fix a power issue quickly. Overall, we had a pleasant and quiet stay here.

Cons: As this is an old building, there was some mold in the bathrooms and kitchen - I have given this feedback to the hosts directly and they promised to take a look.

Viaggio nella memoria e, cosa straordinaria, non restare delusi.

Pros: Posizione fantastica, anche comoda ai servizi, che ci ha consentito di parcheggiare l'auto senza più usarla, fare meravigliose passeggiate e vivere la città a piedi.

Cons: NULLA.

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt ebenerdig in einem sehr schönen, gepflegten und großem Haus mit einem wundervollen Garten. Die Terrasse ist klasse. Das Haus befindet sich in einer guten Wohngegend, relativ hoch und ein ganz besonderer Aussichtspunkt liegt wenige Meter entfernt. Die Altstadt von Nizza und der Strand von Nizza war uns zu Fuß zu weit, das ist gut über regelmäßig fahrende Busse erreichbar. Auch die Verbindung nach Villefranche und Beaulieu ist prima. Die Gastgeber sind nett, sympathisch und unkompliziert.
