Highly recommended

Pros: The location is fantastic and very safe, just a 4-minute walk to the beach. The area below is bustling, making it easy to find restaurants. The room is spacious and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchenware.

Cons: This place is quite nice, though the street outside can get a bit noisy at night. It doesn't bother me much, but light sleepers might want to consider this (earplugs are provided).

Pros: Apartment was absolutely perfect and the location simply couldn’t be better.

Cons: The door was really hard to unlock. Took me ages to work it out. Had to really turn it hard

Other than those simple complaints . Apartment was great. Very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Pros: Location was brilliant. Right near fabulous markets and restaurants. Very roomy apartments.

Cons: Too much mucking around with keys. Had to pick up keys from a locker at one address. Then proceed to apartment at another address. Where 3 keys to get in were required. The second key was really frustrating Don’t do any hand washing in the morning and expect to have a shower. We ran out first morning after doing some hand washing.

Wonderful stay, great apartment centrally located. Would love to visit again!

Pros: Amazing location, right in the heart of the old town with markets, bars and restaurants nearby and a shirt stroll to the beach.

Cons: It is VERY noisy at night as it is in the middle of the social scene, especially at weekends. Hosts do supply ear plugs but be prepared to hear partying until around 3am

Pros: L’atout principal de cet appartement réside dans sa localisation idéale en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Nice à proximité immédiate du marché (Cours Saleya) et de la Promenade des Anglais. - climatisation fonctionnant bien - Appartement propre et agréable.

Cons: climatisation un peu bruyante

Pros: La posizione è davvero fantastica: la spiaggia si raggiunge comodamente in circa 4-5 minuti, anche meno. L’appartamento era ottimo, molto pulito e ben tenuto. C’è stata una piccola incomprensione riguardo le chiavi, che ha comportato un’attesa di circa un’ora, ma lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile e sempre reperibile, risolvendo la situazione in tempi comunque ragionevoli. Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva, ottimo appartamento che consiglio vivamente!

Cons: Unica pecca è stata la gestione delle chiavi al ritiro, ma si è trattato sicuramente di una piccola incomprensione; forse sarebbe utile prestare un po’ più di attenzione su questo punto, ma per il resto tutto è stato ottimo e ragionevole.

Posizione eccellente strategica per visitare Nizza. L’appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato.

Pros: La posizione è centrale, ho apprezzato la disponibilità e la cortesia della proprietaria Eva.

Super positivo, posizione clamorosa che vale il prezzo.

Pros: Posizione incredibile, nel cuore del centro storico. Arredamento moderno e recente. Bello il fatto di avere due appartamenti distinti ma di fatto comunicanti tra di loro.

Cons: Fornelli a induzione: in un appartamento andavano veramente lenti, nell’altro ne riuscivi ad usare solo uno alla volta. Divano letto in un appartamento quando aperto ostruiva completamente il passaggio alla camera.
