Perfect place to stay in the heart of Old Town Nice, and we would love to return

Pros: Staff so helpful on arrival with tips and advice, and clear instructions. The apartment excellent location yet quiet. Great space and would highly recommend.

Great apartment in Old Town

Pros: Location is excellent. All rooms were spacious. A really well set out apartment with every thing you need.

Cons: Quite warm without air-conditioning but it is a very old building and we knew that. Plenty of fans provided though.

Pros: Separate toilet from bathroom Nicely equipped kitchen and large living space

Cons: Lights in the stairwell were a bit difficult at night

Amazing Apartment close to shops, restaurants, markets and the beach. Great place to stay

Pros: This is a really good sized apartment for our family of 5. The location was great and really close to anything we needed. It was a fantastic place to stay.

Amazing facilities and location. Highly recommended

Pros: The apartment was very central to the old town and easy to find. We loved the size of the apartment and the facilities were perfect for us. We ate breakfast every morning in the apartment as we got fresh croissants from the bakery round the corner and used the coffee making facilities. Also close to restaurants and the market

Cons: On a few occasions there was a lot of noise after dark (around 1am til 4am) but only from the back of the apartment. The other bedrooms didn't have this noise.

Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment to stay in for our time away

Pros: Location of property was ideal, 5 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the centre of the old town, facilities at the property was great, with a spacious kitchen and three very sufficient rooms, living area was more than sufficient for the 5 of us to enjoy a meal and socialise in the evening

Cons: Very little to complain about here, there was nothing lacking that we needed and I can’t think of anything negative to say about the quality of the property, one slight issue on checkout but the matter was resolved swiftly and in good faith by the hosts

The apartment served our purposes exactly. It is a lovely spacious apartment with a full kitchen .

Pros: The location was excellent in the old part of Nice..close to all amenities.

Cons: The key to the main apartment was a little tricky. A straight deadbolt would be better.

Pros: su ubicación. Departamento muy amplio. buen ascensor.

Cons: El baño es compartimentado. Pero donde esta el inodoro es muy pequeño, no tiene ninguna ventilación (ni natural ni artificial). El acceso al dto. con escalera es incomodo.

Pros: Dans l'ensemble, tout était top. Merci aussi à l'accueil chaleureux de Grégory

Dans le coeur du vieux Nice

Pros: Super appartement, idéalement à placé dans le coeur du vieux Nice ! De la place et une décoration avec goût ! Gregory a été super pour les infos à connaître et tout est très bien organisé ! Ne changez rien, nous reviendrons

Cons: En période de canicule difficile d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer la nuit à cause de la vie nocturne du vieux Nice mais c’est aussi ce qu’il fait son charme
