Pros: Идеална локация, точно до главния площад, лесна за откриване. Бързо и лесно настаняване. Стаята не е голяма, но абсолютно достатъчна за един човек. Има всичко необходимо. Сградата има асансьор.

Cons: Шумно е. Намира се на оживена улица, на която минават трамваи и коли. Освен това е силно осветено, има виенско колело, различно прожектори осветяват площада. Може да се подобри чистотата на обекта. Мебелите са стари и износени.
