Perfect for a week vacation

Pros: Location was second to none. Nice amenities include AC and washing machine. Great written instructions. Even though some are inconsistent with Digital communication info; Aside from the spectacular views of the Plaza Massena, it was only 3 minutes walk to the promenade and beach and you are also basically right in the busy old town district with Lots of restaurants Shops and markets.;

Cons: Low bed on the floor with low ceiling does not work for everyone. Low beams can be head knockers. Beware of 4 storeys without elevator. Available Coffee cups do not fit the Single Serve coffee maker. Hallway door to the apartments was freshly painted and stuck shut. Needed major force to open every time.

A perfect spot in old town Nice to enjoy Carnival and the ocean.

Pros: This cozy room is literally in the rafters of the building, with a dormer window that looks out over the Place Masséna and the Fontaine du Soleil. It was particularly perfect for watching the Parade of Lights for the Carnaval de Nice. We had a front row seat without leaving our room. You have a view of much of the city and even the Alps in the background. The ocean is behind the building. The room was small but bigger than our hotels in Paris. It included a kitchenette.

Cons: The daily climb up and down four flights of stairs was tiring in addition to walking all over Nice. An elevator would be a huge plus.

Pros: Positionnement idéal de l'appartement avec vue sur la place Massena et proximité immédiate de la Promenade des Anglais; Check in à 14h, top pour s'installer et profiter du sejour

Cons: Peu de chose, les 4 étages sans ascenseur ....
