Perfect short stay in the center of Nice

Pros: - location: near to everything: supermarket, restaurants, bar, beach, best location in nice! - the apartment is full of sunlight during the day - the facilities: nice kitchen with everything we need, also coffee machine and washing machine - the checkin was easy, we arrived at night and we entered the apartment without any issue

Cons: - the stairs like everyone else - there are some molds at the ceiling in the bathroom and the living room, I think some cleaning or painting should be done

Pros: Amazing location, right next to the beach, old town and shopping areas. Lovely apartment with lots of space and the view from the balcony is great

Cons: The balcony is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. You couldn’t comfortably stand with multiple people and there is no room for seating.
