Cosy indeed, we hugely recommend having spent 2 pleasant nights.

Pros: A very well located apartment near the central station and tram with excellent connections to the vieux Nice and beach, and in a very quiet surrounding. Our host Massimo was very professional. The flat is very cosy indeed, well equipped for basic stay. We had a very pleasant stay and will surely come back in the future.

Cons: Nothing really we did not like.

Pros: The property was in a very good location, really close to the tram line so it was really easy to get to the city centre. The place was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. Massimo, the host, was lovely and made the check in/out process very easy!
