Private Room in Shared Apartment in the Center of Nice

Awesome place

Pros: The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is in a great location near Nice Ville station and very well equipped.

Great location and lovely hosts. Had everything we needed and more, decent price for what you got.

Pros: Great location - only a 10 min walk to Nice Ville station and direct path down Nice high street. Apartment was very clean, tidy and well kept. Perfectly supplied kitchen with cutlery and plates/cups. Our hosts Lina & Jeison were so welcoming and lovely, very respectful of our space.

Cons: The only thing that could have been better was air-conditioning as the apartment got very hot. The fan in our room helped but was still very warm at times.

Simple convinient accomodation

Pros: The room provides a bare minimum of what you need while travelling as a backpacker. It's a small flat but the hosts considered many items to make it more convinient to stay. The area is not touristic but the railway is nearby and its a walking distance to the centre. The hosts are friendly. There is no noise from outside at night.

Cons: Unfortunately the walls are not soundproofing. Neighbours were talking at night, it was pretty disturbing.

Pros: У меня была краткосрочная поездка в Ниццу и вариант с проживанием был удачным. В компактных условиях было все необходимое; приятная, отзывчивая хозяйка; расположение в центре. Впечатления от Ниццы супер.

小ぢんまりしていて、清潔

Pros: オーナーは、親切で健康的で陽気です。 私はトラムのリベラシオン駅を使いました。少し遠回りに見えますが、途中で大きなスーパーが3つあり(自然食品の店もあります)、元気にスポーツを楽しむ人達のコートを通るからです。 鍵は３箇所ありますが、開閉は比較的容易でした。

Cons: 冷凍庫は使えなかったような。 バスルームは熱がこもりやすいので、シャワー後冷水で全体を流すと問題ないです。

Pros: L'appartamento si trova a due passi dalla stazione centrale. Tutto molto pulito e personale gentile. Siamo stati molto bene

Koselig leilighet nær togstasjonen

Pros: Man bodde hos veldig hyggelige folk, det var kort vei til togstasjonen, og rommet var stort nok.

Cons: Lå ikke i det fineste strøket i byen, og rommet ble veldig varmt til tider uten aircondition under hetebølgen, men vi hadde en vifte som hjalp.

Appartamento molto carino vicino la zona di Gambetta.

Pros: Questo appartamento e' in condivisione con i 2 ragazzi proprietari e gestori che sono molto gentili e garbati. il prezzo che si paga e' vantaggioso considerando che si e' nel centro citta' e vicino la stazione centrale dei treni.

Cons: Niente in particolarre.

Super Mini-Wohnung mit optimaler Lage im Stadtzentrum. Perfekt für 2 Personen für 1-2 Nächte.

Pros: Ideal für 1-2 Nächte, wenn man tatsächlich nur ein Zimmer fürs Übernachten braucht. Die Lage ist optimal, vom Flughafen aus mit der Tram und etwas Laufen einfach erreichbar. Es gibt insgesamt zwei Schlafzimmer, eins davon gehört der Familie, die die Wohnung besitzen. Sie sind aber nicht da, daher kann man ohne Probleme das eigentlich gemeinsame Bad nutzen. Die Kommunikation ist auch super flott und schnell.

Cons: Wir hatten in der Tat nur zwei Problemchen: in der Nacht gab es Mücken, was aber eher am offenen Fenster und nicht als Makel am Zimmer lag. Im Bad fanden wir die Riegel an der Tür etwas schwer zu öffnen, so dass meine Freundin drin fast steckengeblieben ist.

Pros: Зручне розташування, чисто, продумані деталі ( навіть тримач на стіні для зарядки телефону) Гостинність і гарні поради власників. Якщо буду їхати в Ніццу, то зупинюся знову.
