Emplacement idéal

Pros: Appartement très bien placé, à proximité de la gare Sncf et du tramway. Le vieux Nice est à 15 min à pied. La climatisation est appréciable !

Cons: Les finitions des placards et coffrages sont un peu vieillottes, mais l'ensemble reste fonctionnel Le stationnement est compliqué dans les rues alentour...

Amazing location and great communication!

Pros: The location was very central and really close to the train station which was perfect when we were coming from the airport. There was a lot of space in the house for a family of 5 and it had a nice balcony on the street

Cons: I wish there were a bit more pots in the house. We wanted to cook some dinner but realised that we didn't have enough since there was only one :( Other than that, the rest was perfect. Especially the communication prior to the check-in

Appartement simple et fonctionnel idéal pour les vacances

Pros: Appartement simple mais fonctionnel , pourvu de tout le matériel nécessaires pour les vacances , Clim et vaisselle , emplacement nickel par rapport au transport et pas trop loin de la mer en tram , grand magasin à 300 m

Cons: Parking dans la rue compliqué mais parking souterrain à 300 m parfait

Pros: Siisti asunto, ilmastointilaite jokaisessa huoneessa. Hyvä sijainti lähellä rautatieasemaa ja raitiovaunupysäkkiä. Useampi leipomo parin minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, joten aamupalapöytään saa hyvää ja tuoretta patonkia ja croissanttia. Ystävällinen palvelu ja helppo sisään ja uloskirjautumisen (kontaktiton).

Cons: Liikenteen äänet kuuluvat hieman ikkunoiden läpi, mutta onneksi liikennettä kadulla oli vähän.
