Pros: Exceptional stay in Nice The apartment is perfectly located — close to the beach, public transport, shops, and restaurants. It’s clean and fully equipped for a longer stay. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, responding immediately to my first request and making sure everything was comfortable. I truly felt at home. Highly recommended!

Our stay was exactly what we hoped for — comfortable, easy, and perfectly located.

Pros: The owner was great—very helpful, flexible, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as expected: clean, comfortable, and well-located. Just a short walk to the beach in Nice, with a supermarket and a bakery nearby—perfect for getting everything we needed, including fresh morning bread. Parking is available, but it's best to arrive early to find a spot.

Cons: Nothing to complain about—everything was smooth and enjoyable!

Pros: Absolutely amazing place! Extremly clean and so spacious - much bigger and more modern than the pictures would make you think. Also, perfectly situated right next to the tram and only a few meters from the beach. Even I, as a young woman alone, felt completely safe at night. And it's really quiet: No loud neighbours! I will definitely come back!

Close to the sea

Pros: Cozy accomodation close to the sea, full equipment appartment with every amenity - wash gel, shower gel, shampoo, sun cream and body lotion, as well as beach blanket and sun umbrella. Great value!

Cons: Bedroom without AC And windows. Air condition was only in kitchen and living room.

Pros: The apartment is renewed and do you will find all necessary to have a confortable stay, I can recommend for families with kids ( wash machines, dryer, tv, internet) You can go to city center in Tram where it is near by foot ( 5 minutes)

Cons: It is not easy find free place for parking, it is a public parking where is always fully.

Very comfortable apartment with superb location.

Pros: The location of the apartment is great - easy to get from the airport by tram, and then easy to get to the city centre either by tram/bus or on foot. The sea is nearby as well as a supermarket. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed, including stuff for the dishwasher and coffee maker. Would stay again :)
