Pros: I really liked and enjoyed the stunning view and the place itself: short ways to the beach, to public transport and supermarket, bakery, etc. Raphaël was a very kind host: I was travelling alone so he offered me his help whenever I needed. He kept contact through my weeks in Nice - which was for me very comforting. Especially when I had a medical emergency he offered his help instantly. I really appreciate that!

Pros: The apartment was great and comfortable. The sea view was stunning. Very good location. Close to the sea and promenade. Tram stop and supermarket nearby. With tram easy to access the airport and city. We realy loved the place and would like to come again.

Pros: Property was so good! 11 floor (with lift 😃)…. just imagine the view. …5 minutes from the beach! Very good connection from airport. Clean, all you need is there. Very helpful host!

Összességében ajánlom a szállást ! Jó apartman.

Pros: Rendkívül jó helyen van, a szállás adó segítőkész . Tisztaság van.

Cons: A kihúzható ágy kényelmetlen , ezért szerintem igazán 2 főnek jó az apartman. A hálóban az ágy kényelmes. A víznyomás kicsi, lassú a zuhanyzás.

Pros: Υπέροχη θέα στον 11 όροφο ενός όμορφου συγκροτήματος, δίπλα στην παραλία της Νίκαιας. Κοντά σε σταθμό του τραμ, super market. Υπάρχει κοινόχρηστο Parking. Χρειάζεται τύχη τις βραδυνές ώρες. Ευγενικός ιδιοκτήτης σου δίνει πληροφορίες για την διαμονή και τις περιηγήσεις.

Cons: Χρειάζεται διαμόρφωση το κρεβάτι. Λίγα περισσότερα πράγματα πρώτης ανάγκης.

Pros: Hervorragende Sicht aus dem 11.Stock auf Stadt und Meer.Gute Ausstattung.Sicherer kostenfreier Parkplatz in der Wohnanlage.Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

Cons: Einziger Minuspunkt für die zu flache und schon etwas durchgelegene Matratze.
