Lovely apartment, great location

Pros: Nice, comfortable, two bedroom apartment in a great position to visit the city. Would certainly recommend it even for a longer stay. The host was very efficient and helpful.

Well positioned, luxury apartment in Nice- great base for exploring

Pros: Excellent location- 2 mins walk to promenade d’anglais, 5m from tram and local shops,cafes and restaurants nearby. 19m walk to Nice Ville train station- so really good for trips/days out. Kitchen stocked with every utensil you could need, with large fridge freeze and cooker- so perfect if you are planning a mixture of eating out/self catering. Apartment very spacious with long corridor connecting large rooms. Quiet building and air con was great as we stayed in the summer. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Great location. Near Negresco hotel, Massena Musem and English Promenade. Apartment is spacious and quiet overlookig small back yards so there is no street noise. It is on the first floor so very easy to be reached by my elderly parents- only one block of stairs. Very safe area.

Cons: I did not read carefully when booking -make sure when you read important information as 800 Euro deposit will be taken from your credit card. No one comes to inspect the apartment at the end to confirm evrything is fine and money will be returned. I am still waiting for my money to be released on my card. I was assured by apartment staff that there will be no issues and everything will work automatically. Fingers crossed. Building entery hall is a bit shabby and smells of cats and dogs.

Pros: The property was spacious very well organised with everything we needed. The property was fresh and very clean and was close to local amenities,the beach and a short stroll from the Nice Old Town.

Amazing in every way

Pros: The apartment is in a good location, just a very short walk to the promenade and not too far from Massena. There are plenty of nearby options for eating and grabbing a coffee. The hosts were helpful, providing clear instructions and offering plenty of information about things to see and do, as well as getting around. The place was very comfortable and bright, situated in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer was very useful. The sofa bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of heaters in case you visit in colder months.

Cons: There is only one bathroom, which we knew when booking. On the positive side, the toilet and shower are in separate rooms. Unfortunately, the toilet had a really bad smell, even though it was clean. This was probably a problem with the plumbing or the toilet itself. We even bought cleaning supplies, but we couldn't get rid of the smell. I would have rated it a 10 if not for that issue. The wifi speed was good in the living room but the signal was too low in the main bedroom.

Pros: It was a fabulous apartment with subtle colours and inner courtyard view and very good appliances made it a very easy, calm and comfortable experience.
