Holiday Vigie Promenade

Pros: Excellent location, just a few steps from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais and about 25 minutes' walk from the old town. The house is very comfortable, clean and fully equipped with high quality accessories for cooking, laundry, etc. The view from the balcony was magnificent but too noisy because of the traffic on the street (it's the same all along the Promenade des Anglais). However, noise was not a problem inside the house when the balcony door was closed. Taking of the house keys was also quick and uncomplicated. I would recommend this accommodation if you are planning a family vacation as in your home but close to the beach in beautiful Nice.

Cons: The only drawback was that the toilet was very small (but separate from the shower, which was spacious), but this wasn't a big problem for a vacation stay.

Lovely apartment, tastefully decorated, great views from the balcony, good local restaurants.

Pros: Agency was excellent at keeping in contact, we collected keys after hours but no issues, video footage and photos very helpful.

Cons: It can’t be altered but the separate toilet is in a small space so would be difficult for larger plus size adults

Pros: Spacious well appointed apartment in an excellent location. Immediate access to beach, restaurants and transport.

Cons: We found the beds too soft for our liking.

It was a lovely peaceful stay with all the facilities and a beautiful view to watch.

Perfekte Wohnung für Städtereise nach Nizza

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Viel Platz in den Kleiderschränken. Geräumiges Bad. Und natürlich: die Lage an der Promenade mit dem wunderbaren Balkon. Die Promenade ist vierspurig und laut. Das wussten wir vorher. Die Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus sind absolut leise. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Straßenbahn einhundert Meter um die Ecke.

Cons: Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist sehr weich. Am Sofa im Wohnzimmer wäre eine Leselampe schön gewesen.

Great apartment but communication could be improved

Pros: Apartment great overall… Beautiful view, close to Tram #2, comfy beds, nice closets. Supplies for the beach, nice shower, good kitchen. Artistic TV.

Cons: Communication was difficult & had to ask the same question multiple times. Check in was at the realtor office, & had to then drag luggage another 15 mins to apartment.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in Nizza.

Pros: Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon in ausgezeichneter Lage mit Meerblick. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist mit moderner Küche und Technik ausgestattet. Morgens kann man auf dem Balkon Kaffee, abends einen Wein genießen, und dabei das schöne Meer und das Geschehen auf der Promenade betrachten.
